I developed tinnitus after a corona infection. My ears were clogged, dysfunction of the eustachian tube and a weird clicking in my ears when I swallowed. I was sick for 3 weeks, but the ear dysfunctions remained. The worst 3 months of my life for sure. This video helped me sleep, but luckily my tinnitus is gone now. For anyone who is panicking right now and searching shit on the internet: don't do it, you'll only stress more about it and your tinnitus will get worse. Stress is your worst enemy. It CAN go away, it takes time (it can still go away after 6-12 months.) Believe me, I know it's hard I've been there too. Go for a walk, listen to music (not too loud), do the things you normally do. You can do this.
My tinnitus started one random day 2 months ago, and one week after that I also developed weird clicking sound in both of my ears when i swallow or yawn. I was hoping it's just eustachian tube dysfunction but I also have moderate hyperacusis in both ears, so it's probably an acoustic trauma after all. I tested my hearing up to 8K hz and its fine, so probably the problem is in 8K hz-20K hz frequencies. But if it's a noise induced trauma WHY the hell do I have loud popping in both of my ears? Doctors don't know, I don't know, nobody knows it seems. I am SO SO HAPPY you recovered from this hell! I think there's nothing in this world that feels better than recovering from tinnitus. I would give anything for one quiet day...ANYTHING. I hope you will never have to experience this again. I now feel better knowing some people can recover from this
My Tinnitus is super loud and consistent and have had it for about 5 months now. This particular sound therapy is the only relief I have found to help so far. I listen to it as much as possible during waking hours and the entire night. I find it much more effective when I use an ear bud instead of background noise. I have started to see quieter days after every 1-2 days. I am hopeful as the frequency of quiet(er) days has been increasing. Thank you very much for providing this therapy.
This helps to drown out the similar sounds I hear in my ears 24 hours a day. It's very debilitating and tends to make my anxiety peak. I feel as though I will never know true peace. Going to bed at night is when it is the worse (as it is for most). Thank you for creating this audio. I listen to it for most of the night and it helps me drift off to sleep. It's weird because even though I constantly hear this noise naturally and it drives me mad. Listening to it in another format keeps me sane.

When I first acquired tinnitus, crickets seemed to be the only thing that calmed me and blocked out the ringing somewhat. We lived in the Country and my wife would find me walking at late night hours down the country roads. I'm sure the entire town thought I was insane, but it was the only relief I could get. It robs you of your peace of mind, after a time, and when you cannot sleep for weeks on end you begin to fall apart. Few experience the level that I have suffered, thank goodness.
I have had Tinnitus for decades after extended computer room noise exposure. When I got hearing aids in 2009, I discovered that they greatly reduced my Tinnitus and frequently wore them at night to get Tinnitus relief. August of 2022, I got Earlens hearing aids, which were a GREAT improvement over my conventional hearing aids. They also provided Tinnitus relief. Since they are rechargeable, which is a significant battery cost savings, I got Tinnitus while the Earlens were recharging. Discovered the several UA-cam Tinnitus videos that give me Tinnitus relief. Their single tone or sweeping tone gave me relief while my Earlens were recharging. I recently found the Cricket sounds and they helped me. This is my favorite. I play the sound level so I can hear the Crickets but not the background non-Cricket sounds. This means that to me, I hear Crickets interspersed with silence. Wonderful, I love it!!!!

We're so glad to hear that our video helped minimize the debilitating high-pitched noise from your 10-year tinnitus! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're here to support you on your journey to managing tinnitus.
Thank you. The sound exactly matches what I have heard constantly for a few months and it completely stops the sound in the right side of my head while it is playing and for a short time after that. The noise gets very loud at times. This therapy finally gives me total peace and quiet. Other methods of clearing my ear didn't work as well or stopped working. I have no idea what causes this vibration. There is no pain and apparently no hearing loss in my ears. I'm otherwise apparently very healthy. It was probably caused by a video I heard months ago and it's not going away. It goes on while I sleep. This morning it was much milder when I woke up, after I listened to this last night. Cicadas used to disgust me, now I love them. Now I also enjoy listening to the real bugs outside. This brings back good memories from childhood.

Before I had tinnitus I used to see videos like this and assume they're nonsense. A few months ago COVID left me partially deaf in my right ear. I can't hear high frequencies very well. Now I'm left with constant high pitched tinnitus. I'm convinced my brain is trying to make up for that loss. These videos actually work! Fascinating. I wonder how it works.
This is brilliant. Thank you so much - it gives me relief from this terrible condition which was literally driving me mad. No Doctor's prescription helped one bit. I hope many other sufferers listen to this and receive the same benefits as I have done. I can't express my gratitude enough. A true miracle! Thank GOD (and I mean God) and you for this fantastic treatment. I need to learn how to get it on my mobile so that I can have it playing all night long and and get some sleep, for a change! Yours gratefully, Louise James.
I'm incredibly glad to hear that this sound therapy brought you relief from tinnitus. Your gratitude is truly appreciated, and I'm glad this has made a positive impact on you.
This video helped me in the early days of T, post COVID 2022. I still listen to it every now and again. It complements my pitch and I’m glad I found it ❤
I sit often on a bench in nature and just like the meditation before this one as long as you sit there you hear this sounds constant and no traffic all around only these sounds and I call it natur as nature really is nothing else and that's what everyone likes to hear instead of ringing mobile phone and cars, motors and other things which in this world that is the normal sound and to little peaces natare like this you are lucky you can go to such places ❤ I am grateful I am ❤💯🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
I wouldn't normally comment on videos, but after bumping into this clip yesterday (it was getting hard to focus on work while my T was really kicking off) I did find some relief, so last night I used my sleep in-ear phones and one of my (many!) apps to play continuous crickets clips all night, and when I woke up this morning it had made a difference! The 'shape' of my T had changed - it was somehow higher and 'thinner' and not quite so mind numbingly loud and obtrusive. It's not gone, and as I write it is slightly fading back to normal, but not quite at full strength. However, just that brief relief felt like a real gift and a little 'holiday' from the noise, so I definitely recommend giving this type of noise a go. I have always used rain and water-related sounds as my sleeping sound as I thought the crickets would be too harsh, but it really made a difference. Good luck to all!

Same.. this one of my go to sound therapy. Going on year 2 now. I love being in my backyard after 5pm coz we have a symphony of crickets. Tinnitus sucks!! 😩
I looked for this one because I recently was out in nature walking through a field and everyone was commenting on all the cricket noise which I couldn’t hear, making me think it was the same frequency as my tinnitus. So far so good with this recording. Thanks!
Or if on an iPad, tap the video and then tap the settings icon in the upper right hand corner and then tap Advanced settings and then turn on Loop. You can also set a sleep timer there too. 🥱
I had two eardrum surgeries on my right ear and it started with the first surgery. This is the best sound that lessens the sound in my ear and head! Thank you
I want to say thank you Dr. Ben for creating this sound. It helps me so much to relax and soothe me and my ringing it masks it perfectly . Thank you again love all your videos still very new to all of this so I appreciate all your advice Thank you ❤🙏🏼❤
Oh, this is amazing. Cricket and cicada sounds mask my tinnitus very well. Just lately, tinnitus has driven me round the bend. The spike doesn’t seem to be lowering but this is helping. Thank you very much for this.
It's funny, I've always told people that my tinnitus sounded like a field of crickets to me. I've heard that some people hear roaring or hissing so I felt pretty fortunate. It never bothers me during the day, but at night sometimes it does. After just a few minutes of your cricket sounds in a headset (I wasn't sure how loud I should play it) I noticed a big difference. Amazing!
Brilliant! I use this to sleep at night. My Tinnitis is literally driving me mad. It is accompanied by a deep, deep depression and anxiety, PTSD also. So what you say is oh so true. Thank you so much for this video. I feel very blessed to have found it. (It would be good to hear of other sufferers to see what they try to relieve this wretched symptom .....Yours gratefully, Louise James
I just started getting tinnitus in my left ear for the first time 4 days ago. I truly feel for ALL OF YOU who have endured it miserably for years. Mine is quite low and "disappears" in social settings or outside. I hope it goes away but I'm scheduling an appointment with an audiologist and and ENT. I'll report back what I hear for others reading this in the future. Hang in there, everyone!
I've experienced this mildly for a while now but its only started becoming a continuous thing for about 3 days now, I hope this goes away eventually, id love to hear back from you on this, bless you and your peace
I have this thing called tinnitus since my childhood. I always think that its a normal thing that everyone has. But i learned that this isn’t a normal thing. I will always wonder how true silent is…
Oh my this really helps masks the tinnitus ive been trying so many different things my only regret is that its just trading one sound for another & i need silence to sleep but i know ill probably never experience silence again😢i still barely sleep because of any masking noise i hope they come up with a cure😢
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the video. If you're looking for longer versions, we have a variety of options available, including a 10-hour cricket sound therapy. Yes this definitely off sets the terrible ongoing high pitched tinnitus i have suffered from for ages. Nothing else worked, nothin! This actually does help nullify the noise and its better because crickets are natural sounds. It even lasts for a while after listening , leaving a different more acceptable hum....but it is relieving for sure!
Thanks I will give it a try. At the moment I am listening to it but can still hear the sound of either heavy traffic or an aeroplane flying low. I.pray it will help I've had this for about 30 years
My tinnitus is a higher pitch than my ears can actually hear - but what I can hear of these sounds in the video still masks it a lot. I think they hide it among all the other sounds, so it's power is reduced. Great stuff.

2 years now suffering from tinnitus, I haven't seen a doctor because I'm broke as hell, I'm also struggling with depression and anxiety since I was born lmao, reading random people who's going through the same sh1t makes me feel kinda better, we are not alone, stay strong
Ahhh.... This is a good one... There are so many of these here on UA-cam and only a few do anything for me but this is one of them. I think it has a lot to do with the different "layers" of sounds at different volumes. Your ears try to focus on the distant crickets and the water and then there's the much louder cricket that really "hits the spot", for me anyway. Thank you!
Had Tinnitus since about May 2018. Its on left side, I’ve read over the past years- they say its in our brain. Not our actual ears? Hmm, I never read up on it too much. But back in 2018 I told my mom that I had Tinnitus & she said she’s had it for years! She never ever said anything about it. Mine is a low tone and when busy during day I rarely think about it. I’m now 53yo.
Tinnitus is often linked to the brain’s processing of sound rather than the ears themselves, which is why treatments often focus on retraining the brain to manage the perception of sound. Managing it, like you mentioned, by staying busy and distracted during the day is a great strategy. If you're looking for more tailored advice, feel free to reach out for a consultation!
That's fantastic to hear that the sound therapy worked wonders for you after such a long time dealing with tinnitus. It's great to find something that brings relief! ❤️
This not only masks my tinnitus, if I stop the sound I don't have tinnitus for a short time. HOW can we get Bose to put this and other sounds that help into the Bose Sleepbuds 2 library?
Thank you for this. I have just experienced tinnitus for the very first time and it has rocked me to my core. I currently have a very blocked ear with no apparent reason for it and I have tinnitus high pitch and the blocked sound of helicopters whirling on top of it. And I am crying every night but this helps cancel some of it out. So thank you again.
I had the blocked ear pressure fullness thing also. Going up in a airplane or driving up into the mountains pops the ears & can fix it for a while. As a Scuba Diver, i also gently, gently, pinch my nostrils & put a little air into my eustachian tube ,that can relieve it Gently Gently !!! Lazy eustachian tube was a diagnosis. We should ask the Dock about this ?
Hi Ben I just started following you. My journey started a few months ago with clogged full and congested ears. Went to ENT. Che led my pressure and hearing. I have hearing loss left year. Did MRI. All good. Just congestion. She put me on prednisone I hear shooching and ringing. Manageable 🙏🙏🙏🙏wants to do testing for menieres but I don’t have vertigo no attacks. I love the crickets. Should I see audiologist?
Thank you dr. BEN I think you're amazing how you answer the comments . I can't listen to The Crickets because they make my tinnitus worse but I love to read all the comments and your replies very interesting and informative . Thank you for all your wonderful videos and information we sure need it

This is a really effective tinnitus masker and a nice break from the torment. Thanks!

Same.. this one of my go to sound therapy. Going on year 2 now. I love being in my backyard after 5pm coz we have a symphony of crickets. Tinnitus sucks!! 😩
Zihnimi dinlendirmek bu sesler doga sesi harika
I looked for this one because I recently was out in nature walking through a field and everyone was commenting on all the cricket noise which I couldn’t hear, making me think it was the same frequency as my tinnitus. So far so good with this recording. Thanks!

This is the perfect mask for my particular tinnitus sound. It’s rare to find such a perfect match but this is it. Thank you!
You're welcome! Glad you like it!
This is a very, very good sound for my tinnitus. Can you run the video longer? Maybe, have the sounds and darken the screen for nighttime listening?
Right click and select Loop
Or if on an iPad, tap the video and then tap the settings icon in the upper right hand corner and then tap Advanced settings and then turn on Loop. You can also set a sleep timer there too. 🥱
This video provides right around 100% relief from the misery of tinnitus

Sorry to hear that, TeamGstyl. :(
I normally HATE crickets but rn this is saving me. Everything sounds normal!!
I listen to this every night on repeat as I sleep. Where was it recorded? I don't have tinnitus - I just find it very soothing!
Thank you!
I had two eardrum surgeries on my right ear and it started with the first surgery. This is the best sound that lessens the sound in my ear and head! Thank you
That's great. You're welcome, Jeanie. 😊
Thanks for a little relief helps during Sleep than been awakening me At 4am I pray they find a cure
Same thing happens to me At 430am wakes me up I can’t believe they can’t find a cure
This is just magic! It's just like a pressure valve in my head being released.
Extraordinary help to reduce the constant ear's noise.
I want to say thank you Dr. Ben for creating this sound. It helps me so much to relax and soothe me and my ringing it masks it perfectly . Thank you again love all your videos still very new to all of this so I appreciate all your advice Thank you ❤🙏🏼❤
You're most welcome, Angelica! Glad it was helpful.
Thank you and in following your meditations as well
Oh, this is amazing. Cricket and cicada sounds mask my tinnitus very well. Just lately, tinnitus has driven me round the bend. The spike doesn’t seem to be lowering but this is helping. Thank you very much for this.
You're welcome, Borley! 😊

Hi Borley, how are you? Did you spike go down?
It's funny, I've always told people that my tinnitus sounded like a field of crickets to me. I've heard that some people hear roaring or hissing so I felt pretty fortunate. It never bothers me during the day, but at night sometimes it does. After just a few minutes of your cricket sounds in a headset (I wasn't sure how loud I should play it) I noticed a big difference. Amazing!
Wow! That's great! :)
I'm glad the sound therapy is aiding your sleep amid these challenging symptoms. Your appreciation means a lot. ♥

I got mine 4 days ago too wtf
Mine came from adderall
I got mines 4 days ago to please let me know if this ever goes away or how can I treat it this shit is insane how can one live like this
I've experienced this mildly for a while now but its only started becoming a continuous thing for about 3 days now, I hope this goes away eventually, id love to hear back from you on this, bless you and your peace

OH MY GOD.....When I mute the cricket sound my tinnitus gone for about 15 seconds.....what a blessing ❤ thank you
I have this thing called tinnitus since my childhood. I always think that its a normal thing that everyone has. But i learned that this isn’t a normal thing. I will always wonder how true silent is…
Thanks for this, The hissing sound is what I hear, the sounds drown it out Thank you.
Glad it helped, Micchael. You're welcome. Be well. :)
Oh my this really helps masks the tinnitus ive been trying so many different things my only regret is that its just trading one sound for another & i need silence to sleep but i know ill probably never experience silence again😢i still barely sleep because of any masking noise i hope they come up with a cure😢
Tryed it for 5 minutes.
It works!!!!!!
Feels like a massage on your nerves. Thaaaaank youuuuu
Fantastic! You're welcome. Be well. :)
Blessed relief! I had no idea this treatment existed. Its a game changer
😂 as long as you’re listening, yes
Nice relief I agree. The only issue is when you stop playing the tinnitus is more noticeable.
Then do the masages recommended by dr.Mandell.
Wonderful effect, I tried fo 20 minutes, it gave me instant relief.
Great to hear!
Thank you for this post I'm learning to deal with the stress and slowly making strides.
MAY YOU PLEASEEE MAKE A 10 HOUR VERSION OF THIS ONE? IT IS BY FAR THE NICEST TINNITUS RELIEF TRACK.

Wow nice 👍🏾 my ears ring so bad and loud 24/7 I’m scared, this sound makes it better thanks !!
Glad I could help. :)
Did it ever stop?
@@SgtZen no still there and I must said I drink caffeine 24/7 and that spikes it up real loud.
This best thing ever! Helps go to sleep and cancels ringing in my ears! Thank you so much for this.

Thanks I will give it a try. At the moment I am listening to it but can still hear the sound of either heavy traffic or an aeroplane flying low.
I.pray it will help I've had this for about 30 years
Best of luck!
I get that low flying aeroplane too as well as a high pitched whistle.
My tinnitus is a higher pitch than my ears can actually hear - but what I can hear of these sounds in the video still masks it a lot. I think they hide it among all the other sounds, so it's power is reduced. Great stuff.
Hi Edgar, thank you for the comment. We are glad to know that our videos have helped you. Enjoy exploring our other UA-cam videos, as well as blog articles on our Treble Health website.
I can hear mine in an mri macine
This exactly matches my tinnitus, and masks it. I've had it for at least 10 years, but it has just got much worse, preventing me from sleeping.
After trying your crickets and water sounds, this right away was more soothing. Thank you.
2 years now suffering from tinnitus, I haven't seen a doctor because I'm broke as hell, I'm also struggling with depression and anxiety since I was born lmao, reading random people who's going through the same sh1t makes me feel kinda better, we are not alone, stay strong
I mght just kms I've always enjoyed silence before this sh1t
You stay strong too! Wishing you the best.
Of all those Tinnitus release videos, this is one of the most helpfull for me. thanks all!

Thank you good people
Thank you!
You're welcome. 😊
Rocking awesome!! Finally after all these years!
Best of them all. Thank you so much dude. You are a life saver🙏
Happy to help. You're welcome, Jeremylst1. Be well. :)
Thank you so much. So glad to help
Try Gingko Biloba supplement 120mg twice daily it cured mine.
@@yaiphasana6356 i tried ginkgo biloba , didnt work for me , i suffer from tinnitus spike since 1 year now with no progress
I had the blocked ear pressure fullness thing also. Going up in a airplane or driving up into the mountains pops the ears & can fix it for a while.
