I’ve tried so many different types of sound therapy on UA-cam to ease my tinnitus and this is by far the best. The fact that it doesn’t have adverts and is 10 hours,is a blessing,as it doesn’t interfere with my sleep as others do .I use the headband sound at a low setting. Definitely helps 👍🏻
I like this one a lot. I was diagnosed with chronic bilateral tinnitus due to SNHL from aminoglycoside antibiotic treatment most of 2023, in January 2024. Thank you, your posts have helped me manage and understand my tinnitus better than all of the ENTs, audiologists, and hearing specialists I’ve seen combined. I’m getting to the point where I feel like this is something I can actually manage. You’re doing God’s work.

Hello Dr. Ben. I have tinnitus for a year now. Due to an explosion of the electrical cables in front of my apartment. They exploded 3 times. I use your masking videos and they help alot. Thank you for them. I want to know if acupunture helps? Read about it online.
It’s great to hear that the masking videos have been helpful for you. Some people find acupuncture beneficial for managing tinnitus, though results can vary. It may help with relaxation and stress, which can indirectly reduce tinnitus intensity. Consulting with a trained acupuncturist might be worth exploring to see if it works for you!
I'm sorry to hear that! Sound therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, so if you're having a negative reaction, it might be worth trying a different sound. Also, make sure to use it at a volume below your tinnitus to help minimize any discomfort or possible masking of the tinnitus.
Hi Karyl. We’re happy to let you know that our soundtracks are already available on Spotify! You can check them out here: open.spotify.com/track/34R61dCzcwFIEbVPvJd0io?si=713c0ff547044c1e
@@treblehealth I notice that the soundtracks on Spotify are all an hour long. However, I'm thinking if I put a soundtrack on repeat I can get it to play all night that way. Also, I think I will experiment with putting all 5 currently available soundtracks into a playlist and try that - 5 hours of therapy! Your thoughts on that strategy would be appreciated. I'm so happy I stumbled on Treble Health!
I've tried to download this using screen record. Quality is lost but otherwise I need to mobilise (pun intended ) and old phone as an iPod and buy separate data. No need to be without an ti.
What is the most effective way to listen? Just on my phone? Or should I use ear buds? I’m so deaf in my tinnitus ear from all the drop attacks I had, I don’t even know what actually would work for the insane ringing and whooshing and roaring that goes on inside
You can use any device that works best for you, whether it's your phone, earbuds, or even speakers. The important thing is to keep the volume at a level below your tinnitus. Some find that using bone conduction headphones or speakers helps more if they have significant hearing loss. Feel free to experiment and see what feels best for you!
You can decide how long you spend listening to it, you can listen as long as you want! You should listen to a volume where you can still hear your tinnitus. The goal of sound therapy is not to completely mask the tinnitus. Instead, listen to it at a lower volume than the tinnitus so your brain can compare the sound therapy to the tinnitus; this will allow you to habituate.

Hi dr Ben.i have got it six month ago .the doctor told me i got it because i am musiciian..aloud music can cause it.pleasa advise me what shall i do t be strong to face it.
As a musician, loud music can indeed contribute to tinnitus, but there are ways to manage it and stay strong. Using ear protection during performances or rehearsals is essential to prevent further damage. Sound therapy, mindfulness, and stress management can help reduce the impact of tinnitus. Working with an audiologist who understands musicians’ needs can also provide tailored strategies to help you cope.
I know why I have tinnitus I had 20 rounds of radiation for breast cancer and within a month later at 64 years old I now have 24 hour day screaming in my ear or my head wherever else you think it might be so how do you get rid of the that from radiation?
I'm really sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing after radiation treatment. Radiation therapy can sometimes impact hearing and cause tinnitus, which can be difficult to manage. While there is no cure, there are treatments and sound therapies that can help reduce the intensity of tinnitus and make it more manageable. It may be helpful to talk to a tinnitus specialist about potential strategies. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, we're here to help! He said you should listen to it on a volume lower than your t. It's not supposed to mask it; you should still be able to hear it. But I'm not crazy about this one either. Have you tried crickets?

No sound treatment even touches my tinnitus... someone destroyed my ear drum performing micro suction on me 7 months ago... I've got normal kind of tinnitus in my right ear I've had for years and delt with it ok..... but now my left ear... the tinnitus jumps pitch and gets louder just from rubbing my neck or head......
I have endured tinnitus for over thirty years, and I have about given up hope that any treatment will work. I thought this might have promise, but your "don't use headphones or earbuds" warning takes my hope away. I can't afford to buy your proprietary gizmos that only work for your product. Disappointed.
We're so sorry to hear you've been dealing with tinnitus for so long. We don't encourage using headphones or earbuds because they block out ambient sounds. We recommend getting Shokz bone conduction headphones as an alternative.
