You should use Matco tools hole saws...they have a life time warranty...full replacement if they get dull or break! Pretty much a 1 time purchase! Keep the videos coming man...I really enjoy your work. Thanks

Lyoto Chamida I use the lennox holesaws when I need them. They work real well for me.

Hi @6speedFab I got my exhaust done, the welds aren't the prettiest but good penetration. My tacks are much better and I am improving. Have to get better at dabbing and moving the Tig torch to give a better looking weld though, thank you for your help, looking forward to more videos!

Love watching your videos. The advice you and txvking gave me on my channel work fantastic I can’t wait to make a video. Question for you, do the angles change flow or can you make these down tubes anyway you want to fit? Have a great weekend my friend. Jason

Welding Junkie as long as the transitions are smooth and not to sarcastic the flow doesn’t change much. Just back Purge the inside so the flow is not disrupted but the sugaring

Hi 6speedFab, I love your videos also. I have a question. If I am trying to get around an obstruction on an exhaust build can I cut the straights to change direction or should I use bends? I cut a pic of straight at a slight angle and now they don't butt together properly. Instead of cutting the straight should I use a bend?

Gaelan Goodfellow you can use pie cuts or bends. If you use bends make sure to cut them at the same angle on the bend. Use a zip tie around the bend to get a close enough radius and trace with a marker. Then cut when you marker line is

Hi 6SpeedFab , I started welding my 2 1/2" stainless steel down pipe today but I am having trouble tacking the pieces together, it blows holes through sometimes or doesn't weld at all. I am not sure If I have the amps right? Would you have any suggestions?

Gaelan Goodfellow make sure the tubing is sanded flat and the fit up is very very good. You’re probably using 0.065 stainless steel so try setting your machine up at 50 amps or so. And when you strike an arc, keep the pedal about 1/2 way down first at around 25 Amos and creep up on the heat till you see both sides of the tubing start to melt, then tap the pedal for a split second and ad filler to join, or if your fit up is great you can tack with out filler. Hope that helps. Good luck

Thanks 6speedFab, I am waiting on a new stainless steel cutting blade for my cold saw so I had to cut with a disk grinder and the joint isn't 100%. I will sand it more flat and try again, thanks again for your help, have a great day!
