Great work Brother! We got the exact same set up, water cooled everlast . I would have to agree about the fan however I love the machine itself and its capabilities. Don't know if you have ever messed with the advanced AC Pulse, I welded a few feet of quarter inch aluminum fillet welds at 200amps yesterday with it , did great. You ever tried using helium or do you think it's worth it for the type of work and the amount that you do? I have A-day job welding but I also do side work out of my shop. Trying to decide if I should look for someone who sells big tanks of argon baby 125 or 150 ft³ Or if I should invest in a tank of helium. I appreciate any feedback. Hope to see more from you, keep it up!

hey, yes I welded just today with helium. I try not to use it too much tho because of hard arc starts but for 5cfh or under it works great. Helium is fairly expensive, especially if you go UHP. I use uhp helium and uhp argon and let me tell you it aint cheap but worth it for certain jobs. A smaller bottle of helium "S" size or 120cf is your best bet since you don't go through that much helium. For argon get the biggest bottle you can, I only use 330cf bottles and a 120cf of helium which I'm almost out of. Ill get swapping that for a bigger bottle "T" or the 330cf size only because I'm getting more and more heavy ally jobs and I could use the extra penetration and for me it cleans up the puddle quite a bit.

I set up my water cooled torch with my Everlast welder recently. After using it for just a little while I'm kicking myself for not using sooner.

yes water-cool sure is nice when welding long periods of time. Little extra weight tho
