Looks like you have more space up top of the turbo. Will the manifold work then? You guys did great job 3D scanning it and doing all that work, and make a 3D print of it. I wanted to see more of that.
Hi @tidusjheth6576, you make a really good point! Yes, Kyle could have ordered a modified wastegate actuator arm like he mentioned in the previous video, but he forgot. Also, when Tanner and Kyle discussed the manifold design, they decided to modify it to make it easier to install the turbo, by orienting the twin scroll flange perpendicular to the engine flange. Kyle may look into turbo support options in the future now that the manifold sits further outward.

BW 7670 designed for 650hp, and stupidly big on 350-400hp, there’s no reason to use it in this application
Rotary hp doesn’t equate you always run a big boy turbo
The 7670 maxes out at around 450 on a street ported 2-rotor
Like the others said, its gonna be a good match for his setup in terms of HP and flow.
