    This protein laddu has cum out well n it tastes gr8. My 3 yr old hates eating black dates, dry grapes n almond. Now she is excited with this laddu... Am happy as a mother 😃

    tried and loved it. tweaked a bit with whatever leftover nuts at home (Brazil nuts, walnuts with above mentioned nuts) add a a bit of cardamom too. Thank you very much. It was yummy.

    Hi Nisa, my comment is not related to this video but I figured the video I am referring to is old and you might miss my comment. The video - How To Get A Flat Belly In 5 Days - Yellow Turmeric Tea Smoothie - Instant Belly Fat Burner - is this like a detox drink? I am afraid to try any detox drink and go to work. I hear diarrhea can be one of the detox symptom.
    Your videos are great. They are very useful and informative. I happened to run into your channel one day and I follow it regularly.

    This is really osm recipe ..so easy n simple tenku so much nisha ji... But the. Ingredients were used has body heat effects ...while taking these laddos what should i eat or drink to reduce heating effect ...like peanuts ..almonts n in all nuts including dates make our body temperature hot ..that causes pimple on my face ..tenku for answering in advance
