Otherwise these would cause loads of problems and imbalances in the body like acne, pimples ... the excess heating properties of these dry fruits can also damage the internal organs if eaten the wrong way.
No need to make syrup too.just mix jaggery and you can easily turn it into balls and if not turning into balls then add little ghee.another trick is at the end you put whole mixture again into mixi along with grated jaggery n pulse it.❤️

erm... no sugar in this recipe is untrue. Jaggery is unrefined sugar. Also, on of the most common misconceptions is dried seeds and nuts help in weight loss.
Jaggery is good source of Iron and best replacement of refined suagr, and second one Dry fruits have fatty acid and there is one another conception that is true also that Good fats replace bad fats amd help us in remove fats , Fatty acid is much more required as protein , every one should take Fatty acid and complex carb, Body structure require all nutrients and last Flax and sunflower seeds have protein in surplus
I prepared like this but next day the laddu will be so hard I can't break with my teeth then I transferred one Laddu into motor then I crushed with pessil then I ate small pieces like candy it's so yummy 😋
I'm not sure you understand what "no sugar" means, nutritionally- jaggery, honey, agave, brown sugar, raw sugar- are all ADDED sugars. Jaggery might be less processed than granulated sugar, but it's definitely not a weight-loss tool. Now, if you had used just dates for sweetening, and nothing else, THAT is "no sugar added", because whatever sugar does exist in dates, like in fruit, is naturally occurring in them. Even then, there would be a substantial amount of sugar in the laddoos. Not saying these laddoos are not delicious, but they're DEFINITELY NOT a weight loss food!
Yes and also all the nuts are very high in fats. They are good fats and work in a balanced diet but I don’t know why they label it “weight loss” foods. I can only guess but am pretty sure each of these balls are at least 300-400 calories easily.

I tried this recipe...but the ladoos became to hard after 2 hrs of making that I can not even eat them..the reason behind that is, ur using water in jaggery instead of ghee..so they became really hard!!😷😷

Hi dear, I tried this laddu today it came out very well & tasty. My kids very like to eat.
Peanuts have 800 calories per cup. It's the same with sesame, almonds and pistachios. You can't lose weight with them.
It is for weight loss if you eat it in smaller quantities. Its nutrional. Anything is unhealthy if you eat big batches.

I tried this recipe...but the ladoos became to hard after 2 hrs of making that I can not even eat them..the reason behind that is, ur using water in jaggery instead of ghee..so they became really hard!!😷😷
Add a little bit milk into it...
They glazed the thali with ghee …
So basically it’s not “no ghee” recipe!!
