    "Never forget what a person says to you is anger because when angry people speak the truth "
    My friend's mom said " I hate you ! I should've killed you when you were in my belly " when she was angry. She died trying to save him from an accident .
    She loved him so much yet he held on to those words of anger all along and refused to even talk to her properly . Only after his mom was in coma, he realized how much his mom loved him . He now sufers from chronic depression born out of guilt and had to be hospitalized several times.
    Please please don't hold on to what people said about you in anger . Those are never the true emotions they hold towards you. This psychological fact is WRONG .

      A person including Mother is not in sense or balanced when upset or angry. If they were how could they be angry . A person or mother is incoherent N illogical but since angry ,...has to say something . It reflects their state of unbalanced mind .
      All angry Indian mothers shout at their kids( for whom they r ready to die ANYTIME) N tell them to die or get lost . THEY DEFINITELY DONT MEAN THAT ......I am 49 , married for last 22 yrs N my wife does the same to Me N kids N she defnitely does't mean it ......

      I agree 100% ... I told my daughter I hated her and I did not mean that it was out of anger because I was being intimidated .... I hated what she was saying to me and how she was acting ... She told me she hated me too 🙄 I feel like she does hate me and perhaps that's why that came out at that time she has been treating me that way and I do not know how to handle that ☺️... God forgive me 🙏

    I don't think angry people always speak the truth. When you're angry, it's easy to exaggerate because you get carried away with emotion. Also you may say hurtful things to punish the other person for disappointing you but those hurtful things might not be true. Later when you've both calmed down, you might say, "I don't really think you're the most horrible person in the whole world but I was very upset about xyz." Then you can talk things over and decide how to get on better.

      I often think about someone when he or she is inside my mind and becomes part of me and I start to question him or her. Also if I get opposite idea from somebody i touch my ear. Everybody does that. When you touch yourbear means that you are thinking about somebody. But it's always difficukt to call to that person because he or she might have a new life with kids or lot of work or maybe that person has changed and you don't want to know what he thinks now because you habe adopted a lesson from him thay he does not use anymore. Also we didn't have phones in the stone age so we don't always call somebody who is not part of our everyday life

    "When asked, people (who) keep on elaborating why & how they did that, it means they are lying"... not always true. I'm, by nature, a very honest & communicative person, & I have a problem with over explaining myself. This is ultimately a character defect in me, often the shorter & more succinct explanation is plenty. People often want an answer or explanation, but don't intend to invest so much time or attention... my elaboration looks desperate for attention & needy. I know that some liars do this, but not everyone over elaborating is lying. Sometimes the person volunteering very little detail or information is the liar... js

      That may also suggest you experienced some Narcissistic demoralisation at some point. Cptsd, social anxiety and over explaining are entirely normal outcomes. It's less a 'character flaw', just something that can be better understood, processed, processed. Richard Grannon is among one of the better ones, imo, that may be helpful.

    Things said in anger are true when apology isn’t given. You know then they
    meant what they said. In their mind they don’t apologize because they feel you deserved it. Run to nearest exit.

    • @technerdchic
      @technerdchic 3 роки тому +3

      Actually things set an anger are true even when an apology is given. They are true in that moment at least because that is what the person feels he is feeling at that moment. Whether or not that feeling persists or even was correct is irrelevant. It's whatever the person feeling it perceives it is at the time. Everybody experiences this. But most understand anger and the feelings it can create in momentary instances. That psychological fact happens to be true,. But it's important to understand that these are fleeting moments and feelings... And they usually pass completely once the person calms down. in the moment however, the person is being very truthful about what they believe they are feeling. Almost every time.

    • @dannymeyer3256
      @dannymeyer3256 3 роки тому +2

      @@technerdchic And there is still a need to apologize for things said in anger. When

    • @technerdchic
      @technerdchic 3 роки тому

      @@dannymeyer3256 All I was pointing out to you was that this particular fact was referring specifically to an, often temporary moment of anger... And stating that in that particular moment, the person is being truthful. Anger in a relationship tends to further accentuate and even exaggerate any past or minor negative feelings or views of the person the anger is directed at. So if a husband gets angry at his wife, then something as minor as an annoying habit of biting her nails can seem like an intolerable offense when it's being thought about while in intense anger... And when he expresses his "annoyance" toward her about it... "Your nail biting is making me CRAZY!" ... His actual level of irritation may feel and be expressed in what you think is a much exaggerated way... But in that moment... He truly feels it's that bad and it's driving him to the nuthouse!! Whether it's a fact is irrelevant... Because he's sharing what he perceives it is that he's feeling in that moment... So it's his truth... Truth and fact are not the same. So he feels something he perceives as crazy-makkng madness... And says what he's feeling... Truth. Until, of course, he calms down (and realizes he's been biting his nails while trying to calm down!) Lol!
      Point is... This particular psychological fun fact is solid and can be trusted to be accurate most of the time. At least, so long as you take it on face value and don't project any after thought to it like how we feel afterward when no longer angry. Because this fact wasn't about that and only stated what it was referring to... During times of anger. Period.

    The statement about your mind being able to feel or sense someone staring at you even if you are asleep is very true. When I was about 9 or 10 yrs old, we had just moved to Mississippi.. and moved into this new house.. I was asleep and while I was, my mom went somewhere to do something and left me and my 2 brothers at home alone. Well, my stupid brothers left the front door and back doors open and were playing outside some where while I was still asleep that morning and I don't know how this guy got into our house but he did and he hid behind a door in my room and was staring at me in bed.. I sensed something and woke up and sat up in the bed cause I was staring into the eyes of this strange guy who wasn't suppose to be in our house. I pulled the covers over myself and still in a bit of shock stared at this guy , luckily he never moved and suddenly my little brother stumbled in to the house and when he noticed the guy in the house he began to shout and throw things at the guy and chased him out our house. If my little brother hadn't come in the house when he did , I am afraid to even guess what that guy had on his mind..

I never understood why I was ignored or given a shitty look, I figured it meant get lost, you're not in the loop, or who asked you. It's no wonder I became a loner. Ignoring anger thing is totally true. People tend to get overly dramatic and scream and yell all over social media. If someone is sending negative message again and again I simply ignore them. Not block, just be there....available for them to talk to and know, but only if they’re going to be kind. They’ll come back when they end up missing you. Always been my experience. You gotta give them time ALONE to be dramatic. They’ll realize that not getting a reaction isn’t fun at all

    It does depend on personality of people. The kind of anger most people are talking about isn't what is in the video. That's just a normal day to day fight over small things. It's during a serious anger situation (when both of you are serious and you know it), what one says are true things.

Don't believe me? Try to think of two different topics at exactly the same time. What you'll realize really quickly, is you have to alternate between them... I disagree with 'your' psychology in this instance. In one sense, when someone says something in anger.... that is how they feel... IN THAT MOMENT. But after, meditating making up for expressing those feelings they had in anger are gone, seems replaced by feeling of love & those are just as real. In fact, as humans we demonstrate an entire spectrum of feelings & emotions. Therefore, at times of anger, words of anger may be said & at joyful times, joy may be expressed. But to insinuate that because someone expresses anger when they are anger... making a FINAL decision that's that's who they are always, or maybe they said something they didn't mean. This kind of psychological typecast thinking is what's really killing humanity. As humans, we have unlimited potential. To typecast humanity is to limit who we are and who we're meant to be. Humanity doesn't belong in a box.

    SOMETIMES people say the truth in anger as their temporary impulsiveness enables them to let it out if they're withholding something. But most times people just say what they know will hurt you because they just want to hurt you in that moment. Which they'll later regret when they don't feel angry with that person anymore. These angry words are just used as a weapon to hurt you in the most effective way out of spite.

    • @technerdchic
      @technerdchic 3 роки тому

      Nope. The 1st one is a fact... Please read this and I'll explain how:
      Most of us have done this: You are having a huge fight with someone you claim to love, and in a rage you yell, "I hate you!" at them. Then later, most of us will claim that we "didn't mean it". Yes? Right? ...Ok... So let's ask ourselves something at that point... If we really didn't mean it, then why on earth would we have said it? Did you answer, "To hurt them"? Because if you feel you were "only" lashing out to hurt them... Then ask yourself why you would want to hurt a person you claim you only ever have caring feelings toward them?
      The fact is, we all feel lots of different emotions in relationships with others... Our relationships with the people closest to us are ideally dominated by more positive feelings... but we will inevitably also feel very negative feelings from time to time as well. Even extremely negative feelings such as hatred. And like it or not, even though negative emotions can cause a lot of pain, negative emotions are essential in providing us with challenges for growth and developing stronger relationships.
      By accepting a negative emotion was real, even if only felt briefly in a moment of anger... You can then figure out where the emotion came from, and what triggered it, which should give you a better understanding of how to minimize future occurances.
      If, however, you deny you ever felt something... You'll never have any hope of being able to deal with it in any other way than purely your reactivity response of yelling hurtful things or doing hurtful things.
      Just because you feel something negative toward a loved one in a heated moment doesn't mean you don't usually feel love for that person or that you never will again... It means that in that brief moment, you felt negatively about them... That's it. It's normal and completely natural to feel every emotion in the world... especially with the people we are closest with... (this is the reason we get close to those we've experienced more emotion for). So if you felt intense anger toward someone and said something to reflect that feeling, (Such as "I hate you!"... Own it - so you can deal with it better the next time it is triggered.
      ***One tip I have found helpful to minimize damage is to remember to always add, "right now" after expressing a negative emotion you are having toward someone you usually care a lot about. It is true... But also let's them know you are only speaking for that particular moment... Not in generalities.

    A wise friend who had also experienced trauma, told me, I’m my own bus driver and to tell that bully she has to get off my bus. I really needed to hear that and stop saying shut up in my head but to take it further and make a boundary to a deceased person whose voice had remained behind.

    Angry people usually say what hurts the most to you out of anger. I am grateful that I dont feel the way I said to my daughter who curses & has taught me. If it were so I would've harmed her instead of pressing charges. Praise God! ❤🙏🏾🙌🏾

    I clicked when saw "if smb is texting you after a long time... " - oh, yeah, they need smth from you, ah!
    And yes, before falling asleep I imagine what I want but I do it intentionally "to manifest my dreams" so to say. It's a pleasant time:))

    I recently got a text from a guy I went to school with years ago. He's a widower and I'm divorced, but he's living with a woman he met after his wife died for like 3 years now. He didn't ask me for anything, just said he enjoyed talking to me.
