    "I don't think I should be doing that." Well, if it makes you feel any better, I know I shouldn't. I would like to offer to be your spotter, but then we'd both be dead. I'm exhausted, and I never left my chair. :- )

    Do the curls standing up 3 sets of 6

      @@dawsonallen2175 I can do the curls standing, but the point is the isolate the short head, the incline are for the long head, and the hammer curls of for the brachialis

    And take some of the weight off less weights more reps
