i first saw your videos come up on my feed about 3 weeks ago or so. i decided to subscribe to join you on your journey to a better 'you.' hey, but thanks for having done the workout videos. they've helped keep me on track with my own fitness goals. whenever i'd see your uploads, they got me to get off the couch on days that I've been feeling lazy. i would immediately get up and start doing my push-ups and dumbell curls for the day. 😅 you definitely have made an impact. 💪 on a side note, you're a handsome guy, and you seem like a kind-hearted person. keep your head up, bro 🤜🤛 and remember: keep doing what makes you happy. if your heart is not in it, it's probably gonna take away happiness rather than give you happiness 💯 ✨️ i hope to see you continue to thrive, bud. ;]

@@dawsonallen2175 I can do the curls standing, but the point is the isolate the short head, the incline are for the long head, and the hammer curls of for the brachialis

yooo I noticed, in the incline chest press, I am not an expert, but I think you are lowering your arms way down too much, might wanna keep them at 90 degrees to avoid shoulder injuries, good going :)
@@sciotter3961 I appreciate the feedback! and yeah I was trying to go extra deep in this one with the lighter weight to try to get more of a stretch on the chest, but yeah I should probably do more research to make sure my shoulders would be alright

@@GG-pm8hg I’m doing way better now, I probably talk about it through my other videos a little, but I made some necessary changes and have been doing a lot of self reflection and improvement since.
@@TrashBinTherapy Good one - it's frustrating when you feel like you're stuck in a rut and going nowhere, but there's also a feeling of safety in that, so it's a tough one. There's so much self-therapy you can do for free via YT, though - whatever you're going through, there'll be heaps of others who have shared what helped them get through the same thing.
I just came across your channel yesterday and I really like your videos. I think it would be great if you tried to find a niche that you could focus on - either a hobby or a passion or something like that. There are a lot of fitness channels out there, so maybe don't focus on that but you could incorporate your workout videos into a channel that's focused on something particular. If you don't have any strong interests, then maybe your channel could be about trying something new that you've always wanted before - and the viewers can watch your progress. It's always interesting to watch someone start a new hobby or interest from scratch and learn and grow (and make mistakes along the way, of course). Are you into music/art or something that you start out as a beginner but can show progress? Keep it up!
@@GG-pm8hg Thanks for the feedback! I’ve thought about doing challenges or something to incorporate gaming. I’ve done one video that was like 5 push-ups for every death or something and I think it would be fun to do more of those. I definitely could try to learn another new skill or something though and track my progress.
@@TrashBinTherapy Yeah, good idea with the gaming idea - you should involve a couple of friends and VS eachother to it more dynamic. Maybe try different challenges for each video too. Also i reckon you could try editing some of your content to make it punchier, and maybe do titles on your thumbnails - you can do it for free in Canva. This will give each video a clear purpose before you even click on it, and you want them to stand out against all the others. People have zero attention span these days, so you want to make it easier for them to click, and then make it easier for them to keep watching with bite-sized chunks of content and a mix of different ideas. At least, that's what catches my eye as a viewer :)
The only part of what you do that I do just as well is make those grunts and groaning sounds :- )
