I started these stretches 3 weeks ago and it's changed my life. I've always walked 4 miles a day and was getting close to having to stop. I looked these up and started doing these 3X a day. I feel a better daily. Thank you so much.

Wow this really works like magic, I’ve been having this severe lower back pain for 5day and I can’t take pain killer because I’m allergic to it, so I decided to check what exercise I can do when I luckily clicked on this very one yesterday I have just tried it twice now I’m very fine , the pain has left just after two times of trying. 2 weeks is not chronic . It’s still acute . Rest , heat, or ice , only do stretches that don’t hurt and feel like a stretch .

Thanks for this. I've been doing cat/cow for a long time, but hadn't ever heard the advice to tuck the pelvis in as part of the movement. I immediately felt warmth and blood flow as I did that, and realized I was curving toward my upper back more than lower.

Thank you, it helps some of it but theres a bulk pain right under the curve in lower back/hip. The tighter i get, the sharper the pain then my leg just gives out. Found no stretches for that yet
Day 1- hurt my bottom back via lifting and I’m aged 17: using these stretches to see if it helps. I felt nice, clicking sounds, feelings on my lower back while doing the knee twist

My doctor said that I have a little displaced vertebrae in the area of my lower spine. If someone know where I should go I will appreciate their help a lot a lot. A couple months ago I pinched a nerve in my lower back so bad that I couldn't stand on my legs for 24 hours, a doctor had to come to my house and give me an injection. It was due to an unhealthy lifestyle of sitting too much but also going on 5k-10k runs without stretching before or afterwards all leading to too much tension in the lower back. I started doing these stretches every single day and I haven't had back pain every since, thank you so much for this video.

I’m currently laying on the floor because my lower back gave out on me about 3 hours ago,if I get up and walk I’m hunched over and leaning very badly to the right.sadly it’s not the first time it’s happened,I just go to the chiropractor and she adjusts me and I instantly feel better.but im going to start doing these exercises weekly to see if it makes a difference

Hi, I hurt my lower back (probably a disc the doctor said). Now after a week it’s better. There’s lower back pain left though. Are these exercises safe to do already now or shall I wait a bit?
I have severe low back issues due to Ankylosing Spondylitis (rheumatoid arthritis) and need to get back in the habit of doing low back stretches. Unfortunately the soft tissue around the vertebrae of my low back have fused from arthritis inflammation. Nevertheless, these stretches will help and be just as effective if not more than taking a muscle relaxer.
I hope these work for me, I'll try them. But I can't believe my mom suggested I look at videos about lower back pain, and I'm 20 on top of that, how did this happen-The couch, sitting on the couch for soooooo long FINALLY caught up with me. Well, I hope these work.

These are some of the basic yoga moves, well sort of. ;) Yoga is great for back pain. I try to do it every day.
3 years of lumbar back pain due deadlifting. Have watched a tone of UA-cam videos, tried different exercises, been to chiropractors, massage therapist, steroid injection, decompression therapy and nothing seems to help. I’m only 30 and still hoping to get the relief I need someday. 😭😭😭😭
Is saw in different the hip twisting is not useful for bank pain is it true ?
If you have/had certain issues, then its best to avoid twisting.
For the 3rd exercise, you say "try your best to keep your low back from coming off the ground" yet the caption states "try your best to keep your low back off the ground" .

I injured my hip in football now my whole body is thrown off and it's never got better even with many visits to a physio and then my back got hurt during a deadlift and my parents refuse to let me see anyone

Ohh my... 😔 I know the pain is almost debilitating for me as well , not even including my history with C-Sections,
Car incidents, And the domestic abuse I suffered at the hands of my Ex husband./my children's father. Unfortunately. Its crazy because I used to catch myself often slipping into this distorted F*cked up way of living that sickening awful lifestyle not even because of anything to do with the love I once HAD for my ex husband , but simply because I had actually grown immune to pain in all forms, & years of systematic severe abuse starting way back from my earliest childhood memories literally throughout my entire 23 years being on this earth, I cried because of the harsh reality regarding it ALL made me so profoundly depressed , that I truly couldn't think or remember not even one day , in my life where I wasn't hit with an object , or being beaten in my back face and side , or even just one day where we could at least say we weren't abused severely as children it makes me just grab a hold of my children & love them even more BC Im beginning to learn more & more its mandatory you show your children hella LOVE growing up , because if not😔 their going to F their lives up searching for it.
A constant exercise over a long periods of times. A yoga.. Also helps.. You will feel better

getting in a pool and walking in the pool etc helps...look up aqua therapy

During your videos do you ever advise people with certain issues that the exercise is not safe for them? I have had 5 lumbar compression fractures and severe arthritis in right hip so I'm thinking the last twisting exercise would be unadvisable for me to do.

You can do these everyday, but also important to strengthen the body.

Please stop if it hurts. Listen to your body especially your lower back. I didn't listen so now I have two herniated lumbar discs and awaiting surgery😒
