Wow I cannot recommend this video enough. I am only 18 years old and I have been having this on and off chronic back pain for well over 6 months now. Simply by doing these videos my lower back pain has almost entirely gone away. if you see this comment please do all the exercises everyday. You should also try and straighten your posture because I realized that’s what one of my issue was as for enabling the lower back pain. I am incredibly happy with the results I have gotten.
This sounds like sciatica. Your sciatic nerve. Advice: Do the sciatica exercises on UA-cam. I had this and I couldn't even sit in a chair. I began doing pt and stretching and now it's gone. And get a pain management doctor! I hope I could be of help to you.
Are these exercises safe for people who may have degenerative disc disease? The child's pose looks like it involves some flexion and the side bridge looks like it could put a load on the lumbar spine. Thanks.
Even the first exercise is impossible for me. Now I'm not overweight or missing a limb, it's just that being in this position (on all fours) for even 5 seconds makes my body all shaky, from head to toes. It's like I have a terrible sense of equilibrium in my body for me not being able to stand still in that basic position. Any tips to correct that issue, or is it something more complex?
It's ironic that I found this video I just clicked upon it I already do this without even being taught I do something called a cheetah or a catwalk I get on all four legs I arch my back really high on my posterior way up in the air I stretch my front is far out as I can and I use my body and a stealth type of way and walk like a cat and it stretches my back and it gets rid of all my back pain and it stretches my abdomen and keeps it flat after sit ups I also sometimes use my fist for paws and walk forward like a cat sneaking up on a prey. For the middle lower back when I need to stretch forward I hold on to my bed head board bars and pull back in the opposite direction of the bed pulling an it stretches my vertebrae
