Confidence, happiness, and kindness are the three basic ingredients of a great experience and a well-liked kind of attitude. I know that sounds cheesy but I swear it's absolutely true. "because people are lonely and keep their thoughts for themselves" - this is so true. When I was in my late teens I thought this sort of close judgemental approach by my peers would go on for life so you have to compete and be cool as possible , but the thruth is when you've grown up you're surronded by people who has their own issues and nobody cares much what's you've been doing and how well you're getting on with society.
Most people wouldn't meet their classmates or teachers ever again after High-School, or have a real relationship involving them other than Googling them and remembering old times. So, yes, you should never get down by anyone who picks you and just make the best you can for yourself by learning and enriching your mind, soul and body. That's the most important thing in life- evolving and never stop doing so.
Even more so the only people you will keep in contact with are the ones you actively choose to keep around, so its like you only have to interact with top tier people.
I didn't, half the class was thots, people talking about the latest soccer match and mostly everyone picking on someone else Safe to say i didn't have much in the way of friends

1:23 my friend actually did this in bio class a few weeks ago. He has a bit of dyslexia, so he misread a study guide question “what are orgasms,” and since the class was all being rowdy and talkative, he half-shouted it out and got the attention of the entire class. It was the best
RIP. People always say think of the most embarrassing memory for someone besides you self and you can’t do it… this is an example of that not being true.
@@user-sf9gs2pg1b Yeah I think for the most part no one remembers nearly as much as you do, but a few particular memories will stand out regardless of their importance, some strange brain function causes random moments to get elevated to the "core memory" status like in Inside Out, where they just stick around for way longer than they should
Well I am not a native English speaker, and i did something like this on middle school, but the question was "what are organisms" my biology teacher was mad af.
People get straight up frustrated if you don’t fit into a mold. Even teachers. I’d have my art teacher tell me to stop wasting time on math And science, and vice versa.

This video hit hard. In high school, I never had any relationships when I left I found out a lot of girls liked me and I had no clue that broke me for a long time.
"I had such a crush on you in high school." "D'oh...why didn't you tell me then?" "Well, I'm telling you now. Also here's my husband and three children. Byeeeee"
Having recently turned 32 this channel both makes me howl with laughter knowing someone else is as miserable as me, while also raising my blood pressure to critical levels as my existential dread, and the thought that my life has not progressed at all in the last 14 years, makes my subconscious mind scream in abject terror.
Hey bro at least you had the balls to put yourself out there. That’s more of an accomplishment than actually getting the date. Her saying yes is literally a gamble on whether she finds you attractive or not
They're just dumb, smart and more mature mentality girls actually would advise something you never realized, which makes you like them even more(respectfully). Ahhh, I remember the days when I had awesome classmates who would support one another in any time and never let you down. American people and schools are weird tho, no wonder why people here are so depressive.
I vividly remember repeatedly asking my biology teacher what's the difference between an orgasm and an organism but he wouldn't answer and thought I wasn't serious. Later that day I found out the difference with a google search.
I raised my hand during my 7th grade science class to ask the same question. The teacher immediately called on someone else. My friend was laughing, but I don't think anyone else knew at the time. I learned my mistake very shortly after making it.

High school is painful while it lasts, but it is super forgettable, at least for me. Legit, the moment I stepped out of my school after 12th grade, I never saw 99% of my former classmates again, which felt like a huge weight falling off my shoulders.
I’m Class of 2022, so I can’t relate. But I don’t think Class of 2021 is getting an in-person graduation either, or at least where I live, they probably won’t. Class of 2021 has been in online school for the entirety of their senior year. I feel bad for y’all 😔
It’s particularly annoying when you don’t get a graduation from college. Like, I slaved four years for this degree, paid money, and you won’t even mail it to me..?
I feel like my highschool experience was so chill and the only issues I ever had were academic, and it would have been an overall really good experience except that covid has basically cut it 1 1/2 years short, which is like almost 40%

Look, I would know, no matter what you do/say, you could be the most homophobic person out there, if your over 14 and haven't had a girlfriend, people just assume your gay for whatever reason lol, doesnt make much sense but whatever
scariest part for me is that i befriended a "gamer girl e-thot" that i obviously had a crush on, that was also blonde (at the time) blue eyed and my clearest memory of her was in a red and black checkered shirt never asked her out because i just assumed she had a boyfriend and she also left that year, but it's scary how accurate casually explained can be
Ugh! That happened to me multiple times with the girl I ended up marrying. She had a bad home life and so multiple times she would end up in some group home and disappear from school. This would inevitably happen on a day after I was sure she'd been flirting with me and so I was almost sure she liked me. Next day: gone. Luckily she ended up coming back and I eventually learned that she lived like a mile from me.
1:22 my friend make a chemistry presentation with the word “annoy” in the title. “To annoy” in Spanish is “molestar.” Last second, she improvised and changed the word “annoy” to “molest” to sound smarter or something, and I’m sure you can imagine where it goes from there. It was also a partner project, and her partner was not aware of this title change until it was already on the screen.
Teens have a hard time not thinking that everyone is looking at them and judging them. When you get older, you see that everyone was only looking at themselves the whole time. To any teens: people will not remember all the details that seem so important at the time. Just live your life well and try to give others the grace you want to receive.
I finally learned that lesson senior year of high school. Once I understood, I stopped trying to fit in and did my own thing. Surprise surprise...I made some cool friends after that
More like, when you become an adult, you realize that literally no one cares _that_ much about others. Got WAY too much shit to worry about themselves. ... You also just stop giving as much of a shit about everything as your crippling depression from seeing your slow and steady march toward your impending death overwhelms you...or maybe that's just me.
“It’s not like they decided that the moment you asked them out, they’ve been thinking that for years.” Thanks ! Now I cannot stop myself from thinking, that this was the ONE and ONLY thing they´ve been thinking of for years !!! Thanks again !!!
That last bit of advice with the student debt was straight up facts. You can even go bankrupt and not have your student loans forgiven! From bitter personal experience, just don't go into anything until you question yourself down to your core that that's exactly what you want to do, cause your loans will influence/chain you for down the rest of your life if you're getting education in the US
Maybe they didn’t date at that time or were not even friends but reunited after? My dad and my mom were high school classmates in the Philippines but they dated in Canada.
That last line hits hard. We force kids who bairly know themselves to make one of the biggest financial decisions of their life and force them into keeping up with it while being on the hook for more than your next 4 cars combined, all at once. College is basically extortion, take some time to figure out what you actually want as a career before spending $20,000 to be "undeclared" forever.
