Today when I was standing in line at the one I always go to, this came on and I asked the barista if he could PLEASE find out what this song was called. One of the guys went back, stopped the CD and wrote the song down for me, what a great guy. So FINALLY I know what this is!!!!

I remember the video playing at the wee hours of morning, then they pulled the video from rotation because someone complained that it made fun of the 911 attack on NewYork.
when i was young i watched this in channel [v] and loved it, later i forgot the name of the song, i searched for 2yrs finally in 2012 i searched for an alternative keyword [when your falling] then i found the video i want in youtube and i'm enjoying now. I want HD or DVD video download plz?

Love the song; however, falling beside the buildings reminded me of 9/11.
The album and video came out in June 2001. The popularity and upward momentum were dinged by the bad coincidental timing before the attacks.
They wanted to ban the song after 9/11 from Radio play
