Hi, enjoyed to see some more indepth work on a ZX7. I do have a ZXR750J1 myself and also a CBR1100XX, but i'm thinking about selling the CBR. I love the ZXR, but there are things i worry about if keeping it. It has 45.000 miles on the clock, but i've not driving more than a couple of those yet. It works fine i think, but i hoped you could give me some insight in if i should put my money on this bike in the long run as i'm worried that critical parts are getting difficult to get a hold of these days. Meaning internals of the engine firstly. I have no history on it and that tells me i should to some important checks like valves and as you here, camchain/tensioner. I think i found somewhere that the K models you dont need to remove the cams to change shims. Do you know if thats nessesary on the J1 model? Also if you have suggestions on what i should go through on the bike for a relative piece of mind? Thanks for the vids you've made

I enjoyed your video :)
My 93 bike had this problem. I regret it but I put a new chain guide in the valve cover...did you?
