I can’t speak for everyone, but I kinda like your “uhmssss” and “aaaahs” I personally enjoy the way your videos always make me feel like i’m sitting there with you. It feels more personal to me.
I feel your natueal way of speaking gives your channel a cozy friendly atmosphere. You get me laughing with the jokes you put in the subtitles. Every one of your videos are informative and entertaining! You don't need to change a thing.
We love you and your channel because of your personality and entertaining ways of explaining things. Anyone who has something negative to say about stammers, accents, etc is being a rude elitist jerk 💚 keep doing what you do!!
My Caladium is growing happily in leca! I revived it from transit shock like that. !! I listen with the outmost interest to your great videos!!! Thank you Sean!!!
Sean I love your videos!! You know your plants so well, and I learn so much from you. Very relaxing. I just wish I had more luck with Calatheas. I live in South Florida and caladiums do very well at my location. I’ll keep watching. 🪴🌿
Neem oil is photosensitive. They open up the stomatas of leaves so they let more light in, causing burn. Imagine if you had to stare at the sun and someone pried your eyes wide open while doing so 👀😆
I like it that you put the plant haul and updates in the same video. It's so exciting to watch them grow. I recently fall in love with Episcia too.. Have 4 kinds already.. puting a shopping list about other variation from your video 😄
I noticed that you have moved from, “plant enthusiast” to, “plant addict.’’ Ha ha. I really enjoy your videos and I especially appreciate how you introduce a plant and then show the update in the same video. Well done.
Your way of speaking never bothered me 😘 in fact your way sounds quite natural. Some american planttubers speak like they need to catch a train or very monotone. Just be you Sean
I love how you take cheap and sometimes sickly plants and nurse them to big beautiful plants 🌱 🪴 💕 Your videos are inspirational and fun to me as I am just learning how to care for plants (aquarium plants no problem lol) - plz be yourself - your passion and personality are inspiring 💚
I will be replacing all my Calathea/Goeppertia plant's potting mixes after watching this (or maybe next year). Your videos are very informational and awesome!
We love your uums and aahhhs!! It’s natural and that’s just representing all of us introverts watching this video - we’d stammer more if we ever have to be in front of a camera !! 🤓
Congratulations on the successes with all your new plants. I especially liked the major transformation of variegation when you put the greenish Caladium in bright light. It is stunning!
The endeavors of trying to not stammer is a something I understand *too* well. Also I am jealous of the pandan 🤯🤘I cant find the live plant in my area in the USA
Very gorgeous plants!! Wonderful episode! I REALLY enjoyed learning about the calatheas and caladiums. Maybe you can do a more indepth episode on calatheas as well as caladiums? I love your channel.
Sean .. I love your Video's 😁😁😁😍😍😍 your English is VERY good ;) you are a wonderful wealth of knowledge and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with all of us 🤗🤗🤗 sure wish I had the funds and the access to all the awesome plants that you do ;) so jealous. You have added too many plants to my neverending plant wish list!!! Lol. Stay safe and healthy out there ;) and the price of those plants are so cheap!!! Wish they were those prices in the United States!!!
I love to watch you, you're very expressive and you have a great personality! I wish you were my best friend. ( I know I've said you have a great personality before but it's so true)
I'm waiting for a detailed video about how you take care of the calathea family, I know you always talk about them in all your videos but I would like and specific video about soil, pots, water, light, etc :D you're the best at taking care of them here on UA-cam!.
Vous avez une telle facilité pour faire grandir les plantes! C'est impressionnant ! Autant de bébés plantes pour moins de 20 €? Merci pour ce partage. I love!
Hi, Sean! I just discovered your channel. I'm also a plant enthusiast from Indonesia but I just started hehe I'll definitely check the plan stores out on tokopedia! Thanks for sharing!
Love the combination of plants you bought such wonderful prices too. Makes me want to move to Thailand. I would have so many more plants. Lol. And thank you for the follow up of the plants you bought. And that your honest wether they made it or not. Love your videos thanks for sharing
Oh.. propagate the leaf of the begonia bremvirimosa! You can cut it into 3 pieces and prop it! I love terrarium plants and am envious of all the amazing ones you have there! Sonerilia and labisia and begonias!
Hi sean, the plant with the red underside that you didn't have an ID for is an excoecaria, a.k.a- Chinese croton, loved your video, it's like dessert for the eyes ! I'm happier now ! 😁😁
Thank you for sharing. Those plants are beautiful. Actually the Begonia Exotica pink (the one without root) is relatively expensive here. 😅 I watched all of your videos. 😀
I love how you care and treat your plants. Love how you pet them and treat them so nice... I smile every time you say hello to them, it’s so cute! I wanted to see if maybe you can add Alocasia care video into your future video plan please. I love alocasia but for some reason I can’t keep them alive. I killed a alocasia Polly and my alocasia stingrey had pests so I washed the roots and treated it and repotted it but now it has one leaf left that is half yellow and is about to die. My Alocasia lauterbachiana is ok but looks so sad too. I don’t know what to do please help :(
Dear Sean, when I saw the Begonia brevirimosa (7:14), my heart started to pound heavily. I remember your previous attempt. I was watching the video to the very end - and nothing, 6 months later - nothing? Did it survive? I live in a dry climate, state Utah, USA, and keep my "fancy" begonias in the individual terrariums. I had almost a 100% success with propagating/rooting in pumice. The leaf is going to the small (like a shot glass or a soy sauce) container with a wet pumice and stays covered with a clear plastic dome, tall food containers served just fine. In 2-3 weeks I will see a new growth underneath the leaf. Then I will transfer it from pumice to the bigger container with wet moss, still covered. Later the cover will have several holes for the air. And after that I will ,choose what potting mix can work and how soon to uncover the plant. I have a great success with your "jungle floor" mix with all of my calatheas. So far nothing to love or to hate with my orchids and begonias planted in that mix just to try it. Have a nice day.
some possible ID's of the calatheas in this video haha Calathea dark star --> Calathea Picturata Argentea Calathea silver plate --> Calathea Roseopicta 'Asian Beauty', due to the purple stem Calathea Ornata --> Calathea Majestica 'Roseolineata', more elongated matte green leaves compared to shiny and oval leafs of calathea sanderiana Ctenantha setosa --> Ctenanthe Oppenheimiana 'Grey Star'
For calathea, have you ever found any small animal under calathea's soil? They are so small, not sure if they are centipedes/milipedes. Do you have any suggestions to make this calathea back healthy? Now the leaves still ok, just few have brown crack near the leaves vein. Thanks
The brown tips are caused by 3 possibilities (1) underwatering (2) overwatering (3) minerals in your tap water. Some insects are beneficial for the soil... if it bothers you, treat the soil with pesticides. Theres chemical route or you can go with neem oil 😀
Although it is beautiful there, I'm glad I don't live there. With plants being so cheap I would be in big trouble. I would end up with more plants than I would be able to take care of.
You can check out some variegated Pandanus species that have very nice stable variegated leaves although they are not fragrant nor edible. Personally I like them more than the edible Pandanus amaryllifolius. The Aglaonema plant which you got is not the same plant shown in the seller’s post. That plant should have white variegation at the edge of the leaf similar to a Hoya albomarginata.
I see that you have that homalomena sp.sumatera 👀 (if I'm not wrong) I'm preordering it, supposed to reach me around next week. Would be great if you can share some tips to keep it healthy 🙂
I can’t speak for everyone, but I kinda like your “uhmssss” and “aaaahs” I personally enjoy the way your videos always make me feel like i’m sitting there with you. It feels more personal to me.

Anyone else just absolutely adore Sean?
😅😅
I think so
Sean, you’re may favorite plant UA-camr.
Whoaaaa thank you. Theres so many amazing ones out there 😀
We love you and your channel because of your personality and entertaining ways of explaining things. Anyone who has something negative to say about stammers, accents, etc is being a rude elitist jerk 💚 keep doing what you do!!
don't be self conscious about your "stammer". I never noticed it. anyway, it adds to your charm we love you regardless
Listen, we watch you because of you. Don't change or emit anything. You're videos are funny and very informative.
😀😀 thank youu
Omg I love your videos. The sun, ants and mosquitos and he keeps going for the video.
Those plants so beautiful! In terms of monetary value, they seems cheap, but they are no less-beautiful, if not more charming :)
Yeah they need some rehabbing as you can see... some of them look half dead 😅
I live how you changed from saying "plant Enthusiast" to " plant addict" ..lol
Love the plants, prices, and progress...ooh thats alot of "p's"..😄
Lol yesss. I have a shopping problem 😅

Sean I love your videos!! You know your plants so well, and I learn so much from you. Very relaxing. I just wish I had more luck with Calatheas. I live in South Florida and caladiums do very well at my location. I’ll keep watching. 🪴🌿
The key to calathea is their potting medium. Have to be extremely airy/light. 😀
It's not enthusiasm anymore, it's addiction lol
Haha yes I may have a shopping problem
I stumbled upon your begonia propagation video and now I can't stop watching you. You are very entertaning to watch. Keep it up ❤️
Thank youuu ❤️
$1.50 for two whale fins! 😱😍 super jealous!
Very good channel. Full of passion !! Love it.
Thank youu
I collect hibiscus and their flowers ....🌺 🌸 love them !!!they don’t last long but you’ll never run out of it...
Love your terraria pots💚💚💚
So satisfying to see the before and after! Did you say only spray neem in the evening...why is that please?
Neem oil is photosensitive. They open up the stomatas of leaves so they let more light in, causing burn. Imagine if you had to stare at the sun and someone pried your eyes wide open while doing so 👀😆
@@onlyplants This is truly an eye opener! 😳What an analogy...thanks for this simple and impactful explanation!

As usual a wonderful video full of information and laughter. One question ,can you grow episcia indoors?
Yepp I have one that I moved indoors just to see... its doing really well
In Texas the caladiums go dormant in winter. They die back. Then in spring the bulbs put out new growth - if the bulb didn’t rot over the winter
