You are not lazy.. its too much cortisol in the bloodstream and also too much adrenaline.. which causes adrenaline fatigue over time.. too much screen time and constantly being exposed to negativity or too much of the news eventually starts to affect the brain and body... alarming the body that there is a threat and it will stay in fight or flight defenses still it feels clear that everything is okay..
I have learned more heavy hitting stuff watching 20 minutes of your videos than I have all year watching countless other videos on UA-cam. Takeaways for me today get 8 hours of sleep and have a proper eating routine. That's some serious business. I'm hooked on your videos. Please keep making more
I stopped eating anything past noon and this is the best ive ever felt. I strongly believe food hangovers are a real thing. Alcohol gives you headaches, food gives you a lethargic state in the mornings
As someone with a delayed circadian rhythm, shifting to an evening shift is the best thing I have ever done. I don’t need as much sleep and my energy levels have skyrocketed. Just showing up to work and leaving an hour later was life changing for me. Circadian rhythms are important to respect.
I got a grounding sheet for muscle pain 4 years ago and notice a difference within weeks. It helps for sure! I often thought is it just a placebo although on 2 occassions after washing it i forgot to hook it back up. The pain returned. Hooked it back up and back to better within a few days. Love your content 🎉
I’ve watched several of your videos now and want to tell you, VERY WELL DONE! You’re very easy to listen to and the drawing visuals keep my ADHD brain engaged which is hard to do!! Thank you for creating content that’s informative, meaningful and fun to watch. Keep up the great work and thank you again!!!
You have a great channel. Thank you for your content. This is the best video and has helped me greatly in realising why my weight loss has halted. Yippee
I fast quite a bit, but still sometimes find myself tired. What helps me is morning exercise, and taking sea moss gel. I think it’s also helpful for some people to take naps in the afternoon if needed.
great content and very helpful easy to apply strategies, I particularly love your art of war summary, thank you so much for investing your time to create this, thank you, you're fulfilling a purpose
I did IF for a couple years. It helped regulate my eating cycle as in I wasn't eating whatever whenever but it didn't help me lose weight. Junk food isn't healthy to eat everyday and not even often or every so often. I just follow common sense stuff like don't eat past bed time. Get enough protein. I think we nibble a lot more and consume more calories than we mean to when we free feed ourselves round the clock and that contributes to weight gain and feeling like crap. Then we always reach for the stuff with more carbs and sugar. Fasting for 18 hrs isn't good for most women. Certain cycle points demand more calories and an increase in a macronutrient like carbs. That makes it difficult to stick to an 18 hr fast and there's really no point in forcing yourself to. Since my cycle affects my sleep no matter what, IF is a moot point. When do I have more energy? When I'm not stressed. When I'm not constantly worrying. When I'm in a clean environment. All of those things can have an impact on appetite and portion control. Does IF also make a difference when you have seasonal depression? No, but vitamin D does. Some people say this isn't even IF but like I said, I just stick to those basics I mentioned.
This requires lifestyle changes, getting a different shift at work, quitting bad habits, avoiding the snooze button, avoiding the phone at certain times... And the results are felt gradually within months or weeks. It's difficult for people to accept gratification that isn't instant.
i have only ever arrived at work before 9 am about twenty times in 30 years. i could never get into the office at 8, i would be asleep by one. boggles my mind that people can get to work that early every day. thank god for working from home.
Be careful with fasting. I did IF for a long time but I kept gaining weight and in the meantime I've got insufficient in nutrients and became anemic for over a year and had to get iv's with iron and vitamins, the next step woul've been blood transfusions. With help of a doctor and diatrician we figured out that the cause was intermittent fasting and skipping meals. I was having lunch and diner. Now I have to eat 3 healthy meals a day and 3 healthy snacks (100 kcal each) and my bloodworks come back fine and i've lost weight. So in my opinion fasting isn't persé a healthy way of living.
I Recommend to make your channel a Tagalog translation as Well because here in Philippines there are only small amount of content like this and its What WE NEED👍🏻👽
In Holly books said. Do not drink water at night after dinner. It will give you body pain in morning. In Holly books said drink milk at night after dinner at the time of sleep. Share with others in your videos.
All really good advice except, if you lift weights in the evening it can help you gain muscle as it will release human growth hormone, do not do cardio thought.
i can't avoid screens after 6pm due to work but my phones n tabs r always not super bright n is in dark mode. i did notice my eye degrees going down over time. as an insomniac, oning air con at night is the best and i try not to eat anything solid after 9pm all of these helped me lose and maintain my weight even without exercising and i am cleared as healthy by the doctor
For me, I want/need to gain some weight! 😄😄 I guess I'll just do the opposite of the eating habit... Although I'll actually need to force myself to do that.
My eyes hurt on office because even at small amount of sunlight since our boss decided to increase the window opening. Maybe he watched this video lol. But it really hurts, give me migraine at cannot stay at my seat and focus because of sunlight. Normal fluorescent light behind me works wonders to keep me focused all 9 hours of the day. But not sunlight, it hurts.
well it can fall asleep at night and I don't get sick I've been sick for who-knows-how-long those are the two things that were wrong just last two there
Heyy, in one of the videos you said that you made videos in 7 languages, how can i access the videos in other languages? I was looking for one in hindi. Have we got that?
That's not true I can goto sleep right after I eat 😴 and don't fast regularly but my mrtazilizum is always fast and am under weight but I eat 3 to 5 times a day so I don't know what u r talking but?
That mouse experiment is misleading. It's implied they ate the same amount of food when in reality they had free *access* to food whenever they want vs an 8 hour window. OF COURSE the mouse that had 24 access to the same amount of food gained weight. 8 hour mouse would get full and couldn't eat as much whereas the other had more time to digest and keep eating. If they ate the exact same amount of food on these schedules you would see absolutely zero difference. A sleep cycle doesn't change the laws of thermodynamics. That experiment was used and worded that way to support their claim.
no are bringing in that doesn't naturally working like that with the job and that that was something that was created and we are forced to do cuz of the ideologies of the societal nature and people being greedy
I was confused as well but this is what I found: The human body naturally decreases its temperature to prepare for sleep, and this is part of the circadian rhythm. Therefore, adjusting your body temperature can aid in improving sleep quality. Contrary to what you might think, taking a warm bath or shower can actually be more effective in lowering your body temperature for sleep. Here's why: when you step out of a warm shower, the water on your skin evaporates, which cools your body down. Furthermore, the warm water of the bath or shower expands your blood vessels, a process called vasodilation, which helps dissipate heat from your body to the environment, thereby lowering your core body temperature. On the other hand, a cold shower could have the opposite effect. The cold can cause your body to generate heat to maintain its normal body temperature, which could lead to an increase in your core body temperature. However, people's reactions to temperature can vary and a cold shower might still have a cooling effect for some people. Remember, it's suggested to not take a shower immediately before bed as it might be too stimulating. Try to take a warm shower 1-2 hours before bed for the best results.
now you comparing our societal nature to the natural growth of a flower is completely illogical. it's not even coming close to being narratively the same thing!
Two problems. #1. I'm not a mouse. If their isn't robust human studies backing the claim, it means zero. #2. If you eat late, you're simply eating more calories. Calories in/calories out (CICO) drives weight loss in EVERY diet (Keto, Adkins, Intermittent fasting, etc.). If I only ate at 1AM every day I would not gain lbs or get diseases from the timing.

So jealous! I’m a teacher, and don’t have windows at work. I am thinking best when I’m trying to get myself settled for sleep…
That mouse experiment was nuts!
For me, this is a life changing knowledge.

THIS IS MIND BLOWING, UNCONTROLLED EATING and less energy this is the reason why my pigeon can't win in races.

Intermittent fasting and moderate amounts of exercise is great for weight loss.
I love intermittent fasting .
The food industry started the 3 meals a day and food pyramid in order to sell more food .
Who are here having important works still seeing this video in trying to ignore your work
It’s said i need to sleep in time . That’s why i didn’t finish the whole vid. Because it’s already 2am 😀
I never eat breakfast and feel perfectly fine, as long as i had a good night of sleep.
And I am watching this 2:35 in the morning 😅😅

simple solution. do meditation.
meditation is the future.
Can I have links to the studys that you talked about.
Its crazy tho, bc for me I really do feel better when i eat less especially if its heavy food
well it can fall asleep at night and I don't get sick I've been sick for who-knows-how-long those are the two things that were wrong just last two there
What about athletes , is it safe to do fasting considering the need for higher calories consumption
Stop eating sugar. Don't snack between and after meals. If you really want to stay awake, fast.
My grandparents didn’t live in caves. 😮
I want my last name be Panda too
Heyy, in one of the videos you said that you made videos in 7 languages, how can i access the videos in other languages? I was looking for one in hindi. Have we got that?
Sad to say I can't maximize Circadian rhythmn because of my shifting schedule
How do I fix this without leaving my work?
That's not true I can goto sleep right after I eat 😴 and don't fast regularly but my mrtazilizum is always fast and am under weight but I eat 3 to 5 times a day so I don't know what u r talking but?

You’re totally missing the point though, intermittent fasting is the point
I disagree with the exercise at evening. Exercising at night allows me to sleep better after my run.
is it mean that i can eat many foods in 8 hours?
House full of bugs
no are bringing in that doesn't naturally working like that with the job and that that was something that was created and we are forced to do cuz of the ideologies of the societal nature and people being greedy
How can a person get melanopsin if she's working on a night shift?
What’s the average age expectation of a caveman?
Research eTRF; turns out, fasting later in the day is better.
😅
Can’t see the whole video cause I’m feeling laziness.
Again, love your narration, but I can't abide the Phillip Glassian repetition of the background music. Kill the music!

hot shower drops body temperature? 11:25

Ooh ooh...i know this one. Cause of weed. That was an easy one...
Add carnivore diet to intermittent fasting….. 🔥

Shouldn't u eat when u hungry?? Lets say u dont care about weight...
This rat study has been debunked compared to humans regarding IF. Update studies have shown no actual correlation in feeding times
