Learning how to learn is super underrated. You hit a whole new level when you learn how to teach yourself.

I literally tell myself, "Man what are you doing!?!?!" when I would catch myself spending too much time scrolling down the black hole of social media 😂. Gotta break the trance lol!

Personally I just got to say first off I enjoy cooking so maybe that whole part is lost on me but to say cooking takes you 2hours is crazy 😂 If you are always doing a little extra to prepare for that next meal it should never really take longer than 30mins. If your smart you invite family over cook a little extra and ask them to bring the thing that takes the longest prep time like a potato salad or something 😂 I cook such bad ass meat they always see it as a win for them. just make sure you have a plan. Proper preparation prevent poor performance. Thank for the videos.

Absolutely love your summaries but I find I just can’t listen all the way any more as they all have the same irritating melody repeating in the background. Please mix it up with your new ones. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    10 hours x 6 days x 52 weeks x $400/hr = $1,248,000 per year not $6,912,000. How did you get this figure?

I deeply disagree with the saying "if you are in doubt, the answer is no".
Try to reflect back in your life, what do you regret? For me (and more or less everyone I have asked the question) the stuff I have regrated in life has been the things I didn't do, it has very rarely been the things I did do.

I’m afraid that’s just a platitude. People tend to long for things that they didn’t have or done. Regretting what you have done might even sound like we admit that we are stupid or incompetent.

There are a lot of good pointers in this video, but many of your scenarios are not logical and/or exaggerated.

Some advise is not logical: looks like u assuming what people can work 24/7, then why to sleep? Let's count that too 😀 . Is not works: cook cost 100$ and u can earn 500$, even if u earning 500$ it is certain time, then u earning. U forgot about mind rest, what is super important + active, to keep body in shape to work.
