Allulose is banned in Europe because it is a possible carcinogen. Allulose is a type of sugar that is found in some fruits and vegetables. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has designated allulose a food ingredient that is generally recognized as safe, though it is currently not permitted for use in Europe.Mar 7, 2023

    • @middleworldwitch4810

Allulose is going through an approval process in Europe as a new product typically would. There is no scientific evidence that allulose causes cancer. The website on which I saw this claim is called "Living Scented." You can't miss it--it's the first website that comes up when you google "does allulose cause cancer?" That website is "a community of interior designers, home experts, electricians, carpenters, and different professional expert people. Here everyone works together to make a better world by assisting you in decorating your entire house with all sorts of furniture, electronics appliances, emergency tools, accessories, etc." Obviously, they must be giants in the science world! 😀

@S f I said that because they should be scolded, so they know they did something wrong. If your teaching a kid, do you not make them feel bad about what they did in favor for a more positive outcome? Shame on you child for touching the gun, or should we just say, kid guns are dangerous, isn't that obvious?
Kid shame on you, you did something wrong don't touch that gun it will kill someone. You see how it appears more emotional when you say shame on you? Another examp[e is a dog, you would explain to a dog ? or would you just tut and say no shame on you, the dog knows what it means through emotions.
You're missing the point of emotional response and that's what shame on you does it causes emotional stress which is perfect for teaching.

He is a charlatan... Zero evidence behind his claims. On the other hand, there are strong evidence that the lectins does nothing harmful to our body in little quantity for example in these foods. If you eat legumes raw, then sure, you'll get sick because of it's raw and lectins are too concentrated. But in tomato, peppers etc there is very small amount of lectins, that barely harm you.... Don't support these liars

The overall results indicated that the peel and seeds of all analysed tomato cultivars contribute significantly to the antioxidant charge of the fruits. Consequently, consuming tomatoes without peel and seeds results in a substantial loss of compounds beneficial for human health. Our results also showed that phenolic and lycopene content, as well as antioxidant activities in all purees are higher than in fresh tomatoes. Based on this evidence, producing homemade tomato puree is a good practice, and its consumption helps prevent oxidative stress damage.

Can't get Allulose here in Australia. Not approved by Food Standards Australia and New Zealand. Also banned in Europe as possible carcinogen. (colour me scared) I think I'll just learn to love the tang. One thing we do have here is A2 milk and yogurt in supermarkets which I'm switching to after this.
