I've got you. What you do my friend; You portray healthy food in a negative light and promote your own junk for your own profit.
Thank you Dr. Gundry for saving my life and teaching me how to eat and eliminate my autoimmune responses to harmful foods.
You changed my life!
We're so thrilled to hear Dr. Gundry's philosophy has helped you on your health journey, Christopher! 🙏
Everyone needs a little Gundry in their lives!

No they need real doctors not this fake one.

Hello Hector, thank you for your kind words! We are so happy to hear that you enjoy Dr. Gundry’s philosophy. If you have any questions about his products, please feel free to message us here!
Thank you Dr. Gundry for the detailed information so I can tweak my diet healthier and not be deceived by the corporate foods and nuances of typically healthy foods( like your discussion about cruciferous vegetable). I really appreciate what you do for us.❤️
Thank you for your kind words and for your support, Alicia! 🙂
I always get organic cucumbers so I can wash and eat the whole thing... thinking the fiber was in the peeling not lectins... 🙄 bummer
Allulose is banned in Europe because it is a possible carcinogen. Allulose is a type of sugar that is found in some fruits and vegetables. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has designated allulose a food ingredient that is generally recognized as safe, though it is currently not permitted for use in Europe.Mar 7, 2023
Holy sh°t, that's a red flag!
Allulose is not considered a carcinogen in Europe,it is considered a novel food additive and it is still under investigation but nobody said it is carcinogenic.
Allulose is going through an approval process in Europe as a new product typically would. There is no scientific evidence that allulose causes cancer. The website on which I saw this claim is called "Living Scented." You can't miss it--it's the first website that comes up when you google "does allulose cause cancer?" That website is "a community of interior designers, home experts, electricians, carpenters, and different professional expert people. Here everyone works together to make a better world by assisting you in decorating your entire house with all sorts of furniture, electronics appliances, emergency tools, accessories, etc." Obviously, they must be giants in the science world! 😀
So thankful to Dr. Gundry! 🙏
God Bless this MAN ❤

Appreciate your knowledge. I want to stay healthy without so many pharmaceuticals. Your information has helped me a great deal. Thank you.
Great advice and insight as always. Appreciate your contributions to a healthy lifestyle.
I love this video...thank you Dr. Gundry..about the goat milk yogurt and Allulose tip...excellent...and also about the butter.we have that exact brand in our fridge now...also the pasture raised label for eggs...yes also thanks for the tidbit about cadmium uptake in kale...love the video series...it is so helpful b/c I am able to "see" the food through a different lense..
Great tips, I learn something new every time I watch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You’ve inspired me to be a doctor! But I’m 58 😂😂😂, thanks so much from 🇨🇦
For all those people that disagree with this video, shame you don't know the real truth. This guy is 100% on point with these lectins and foods.
We agree!
I completely agree with you 😊
@S f I said that because they should be scolded, so they know they did something wrong. If your teaching a kid, do you not make them feel bad about what they did in favor for a more positive outcome? Shame on you child for touching the gun, or should we just say, kid guns are dangerous, isn't that obvious?
Kid shame on you, you did something wrong don't touch that gun it will kill someone. You see how it appears more emotional when you say shame on you? Another examp[e is a dog, you would explain to a dog ? or would you just tut and say no shame on you, the dog knows what it means through emotions.
You're missing the point of emotional response and that's what shame on you does it causes emotional stress which is perfect for teaching.
He is a charlatan... Zero evidence behind his claims. On the other hand, there are strong evidence that the lectins does nothing harmful to our body in little quantity for example in these foods. If you eat legumes raw, then sure, you'll get sick because of it's raw and lectins are too concentrated. But in tomato, peppers etc there is very small amount of lectins, that barely harm you.... Don't support these liars
I make my own pickles and peel and seed them. So much better. And I make avocado flat bread.
That's one of the reasons I like you, you are open minded (you changed a bit the way you speak about kale)
It’s good information, but if someone is going to choose Holstein cow yogurt over a jelly donut I think that’s an astronomically better choice.
Thank you Dr Gundry!
Great way to check your healthy diet starting from our fridge..the right way to begin
Thank you Dr
the biggest problem I see using either goat or sheep milk from the supermarket brands - not talking about getting from local farmers - is the highly load them with sugar due to the strong taste and so guarantee consumers will like it so careful here an read the label !

I think you forgot the best thing you could be eating is a nice fat Ribeye I don’t know why you keep missing it 🤔
It's interesting once I started learning about lectins that I realized I naturally dislike a lot of foods that are high in lectins. But others, like breads, are everywhere, so you get used to eating them until you know better. Finding out my body has its own wisdom has been rather liberating. :)
Please note that in Australia and NZ we dont put animals in cages. It is not allowed
Good milk there
Never put tomatoes in the refrigerator anyway
Refrigerating tomatoes makes them last a lot longer. Just put them out 30 minutes before eating them.
@@privatename2426 NOPE. Google why tomatoes should Not be refrigerated ....
The only possible time to refrigerate is when they are on cusp of going bad, I guess, but they won't be tasty....
I didn’t know that. Thank you for sharing
@@pittsburgh-gal the taste is less, but I often cannot consume a whole package, and the rest will just go to waste on the counter

We just went through the cupboard and threw away caro (HFCS) syrup, enriched flour, brown sugar, breadcrumbs and a bunch of expired cans. I learned yesterday about TBHQ and found it in ALDI/Savoritz Club House Crackers we 'had'. The amount that just squeaks by GRAS is 1/8 of a tsp.
Scary shit, this country tries its best to poison its people and our information supply. We release researcher backed ‘studies’ that blur info about all upsides and downsides of what we put in ourselves
Thank you. It would have been a good idea to advise people who want to eat kale and other cruciferous veggies to make sure they buy organic. Otherwise they'll be getting an unhealthy dose of glyphosate.
Yet still getting naturally occuring toxins and antinutrients
Depends if you live in America or not European food is much safer

Irish butter? Is that okay?
I love kale. My Naturopath says eat a lot of different greens everyday! Ill be sure to always vary.
Thanks a lot , Good information.!!
Great video
The overall results indicated that the peel and seeds of all analysed tomato cultivars contribute significantly to the antioxidant charge of the fruits. Consequently, consuming tomatoes without peel and seeds results in a substantial loss of compounds beneficial for human health. Our results also showed that phenolic and lycopene content, as well as antioxidant activities in all purees are higher than in fresh tomatoes. Based on this evidence, producing homemade tomato puree is a good practice, and its consumption helps prevent oxidative stress damage.

Poor people can not follow your diets. The secret is to eat little and fasting.
The French and Italians eat quite a bit of white bread.
They sure do! I have NEVER seen whole grain bread or pasta growing up with my family in Croatia. I've spent time in Greece as well. It's all white flour breads and pastas. People's have been consuming it for centuries this way!

Can't get Allulose here in Australia. Not approved by Food Standards Australia and New Zealand. Also banned in Europe as possible carcinogen.
