Great video but one point to note. Streaming live video content takes a lot of bandwidth. On Tor, everything is so slow because your packets are going through 3 different hops across the world. Keeping these points in mind, i think that services which offer Red Rooms are 99% if not 100% fake.
Live streaming on top of live interaction via a chat on Tor is highly improbable. Not to mention the legal aspects: if you plan to run a red room, you'd instantly attract the attention of the law who actively scour the dark web for such content. Live streaming would create a lot of noise on the Tor network so the law enforcement can possibly try to de-anonymise you via network traffic patterns.
