I was a victim of the "iloveyou" virus in college. The entire university intranet had become infected somehow. When I innocently used a zip drive at one of the campus computer labs, it too became infected. There were so many of us students in the labs that day with no idea what had just happened...
Anyway, the computers on campus seemed to be acting funny, so I brought the zip drive home to continue working and BOOM! Total havoc on my PC. It was devastating. Files, papers, and projects were unrecoverable.
The experience has made me extremely cautious and I haven't been hit with any type of malware since, so I suppose it wasn't all in vain. A valuable life lesson from college.

Still don't know if they released it on person
The way he edits this video with interludes saying "disruptv" with a little message alongside it, really soothes me. Makes me feel really good on a late night.
@Aurelia Sure, it breaks it up which does suck but I actually enjoy it because I feel like I'm watching one of those history channel documentaries. They do the same thing. It's nostalgic for me, and that's why I like it I guess. But it's all personal opinion.
Dean: "We don't produce burglars!
Student: *"I missed the part where that's my problem."*
I think it's partly the professor's fault as that should have talked to him nicely
@@EECAI it’s all the creators fault for being a piece of shit and making it in the first place
@@EECAI can you please stop developing a virus that might fuck a ton of computers pretty please? :)
It is interesting we dont view computer viruses as having the ability to affect our DNA like a physical virus can when yet we postulate our reality is most likely simulated. So if we can make that leap in understanding then we ahould also be able to make the leap that physical viruses have made us who we are today whether we like it or not so the virtual viruses we encounter are going to shift our DNA in ways we have yet to imagine. So if you are not intelligent enough to create a virus that can alter humanity then I hardly see the point in debating it's ethical implications.
