Exercises for Golfers Losing Club Head Speed with Age

  • In this video I go through 3 exercises to help improve mobility, strength and power. All that can be done at home (if you have a kettlebell!).
    As we age, we lose mobility, strength and power... and these three things are all important for marinating (or improving) swing speed.
    When saying 'push ups aren't great' in the video, what I meant was, if looking to improve strength/max strength, with some form of conditioning, they won't be very good or as good as other exercises where you can add load (bench press etc). Obviously you can add resistance to a push up, but can get tricky. thanks

    Tried this several times. It's good but it isn't two minutes. It's about 6-8 minutes.
