    This video shares a series of stretches for golfers to improve their swing position hitting it further and more consistently. This routine focuses on opening the shoulders, improving rotation of the spine and stretching out the hips to allow great movement in the swing.

    This one works great for any sport with a rotational element. Think tennis, hockey etc. Happy stretching! ❤

    Could you do one for skateboarding/snowboarding/surfing? Any of them require a lot of hip mobility and tend to lead to some imbalances. Much love! ❤️

    Useful for tennis players too, our "hitting side" gets over built and we have imbalances, sometimes severe.

    I don't think you need to be abletodo full splits to play golf
