This video shares a series of stretches for golfers to improve their swing position hitting it further and more consistently. This routine focuses on opening the shoulders, improving rotation of the spine and stretching out the hips to allow great movement in the swing.

Could you do one for skateboarding/snowboarding/surfing? Any of them require a lot of hip mobility and tend to lead to some imbalances. Much love! ❤️
There is a lot in here that would benefit but I’ll look at a specific one

Useful for tennis players too, our "hitting side" gets over built and we have imbalances, sometimes severe.
