Thighs के भी right के अंदर वाले mascels पर fucus and growth हो जाता है पर left thigh के sirf बाहर वाले muscles पर fucus होता है अंदर वालों पर नहीं। Sir इस तरह मेरी सारी body के muscles imbalance हो चुके हैं। मेरी उम्र 18 year old है l Sir ये कौनसी problem है। Sir please 😥 tell me.
