  • Our hips take a lot of strain during walking, running and just everything in between and it's the centre point between the top half and the bottom half of the body.
    Weak hips can cause chaos as it can cause alignment issues throughout the whole body which can result in long-term hip pain, back pain, sciatica and a slower recovery after hip surgery.
    Today I'm taking you through a 25 min class that will help you to feel into the different sides of your body and strengthen the areas that are weak :)
