It's a low speed adjustment screw which compensates for high speed at full throttle it

That barrel style carburetor with the adjustment on top like that , I have also seen on a homelite blower. Good job there

Well if noting else the carb seemed easy to replace. You did not have to remove 75 pieces of plastic just to get to the carb. Sounds great to me. Great job and thanks for the videos.
