After 37 years of smoking, and probably close to 100 attempts at quitting. I read One random article about your method of quitting, & actually Stopped on Oct. 3rd at 11:50am, & can't thank you enough for these videos. As far as cravings, I have not found anything that lessens them for me. I simply write down, or say out loud, "It's a 37 year old mental habit, nothing more, nothing less." I've made it this far, and will continue my successful smoke-free life 😁❤❤

I am a 44-year-old man who's been a regular smoker for over 15 years. I wish quitting was as easy as you have mentioned. I have made at least 30 attempts at quitting over the past 4 years. Every time I relapse, I am egged on by some mental setback. Wish you could show me a way out of this trap.

Hi Nadia. I wanted to revisit your site to let you and everyone here know that it was your videos that helped me to finally quit smoking almost 11 months ago. Like S17 below, I stumbled on one of your videos back in mid-November 2020 and finally quit on November 30th, 2020. After 40 years of heavy smoking (1.5 packs per day at least), I finally can say that I did it. I'm looking forward to celebrating next month. Thank you. To everyone out there who is struggling to quit smoking, just know that you can do it. For some reason, this time I found it easy. Crazy, but true. I guess I was ready. Thank you, Nadia.

Great job Nadia. We are all different, but when I quit smoking I also cut down on drinking, sugar and caffeine as well. I also don’t weigh myself. I have been working out harder since I quit and my pants are a bit looser. I don’t want to get on a scale and it upsets me and I go back to smoking. It’s a struggle quitting smoking no matter what you do!

Oh and like Jersey Paul below, I also quit drinking at the same time which, I believe, was the most important reason behind my success this time. Cigarettes and booze go hand in hand and once you have that first drink, it becomes almost impossible to maintain your smoking quit so I decided it was time to stop both. There were a few times when I thought about smoking, but I know now that even one smoke means back to being a slave to the nicotine addiction. Good luck to everyone.

I just found this woman today, and I think she’s gonna be what changes my life. I know it is elemental, I’ve been smoking for 30 years and a quick before for 8. For some reason this time around as much harder, and what’s even worse is I know it’s all mental and habit changing. But somehow, she explains this all in a way that my brain can except, and even adjust to everyone is different, I feel like this method may work for me, of course, with patches for a couple of weeks.

I've been a smoker for 27 years. Day 2 of giving up using just the patches. My nerves feel frayed, I feel anxious for a few minutes multiple times a day and I feel like I'm actually in a mild grief! However, my mouth feels cleaner already, I feel hopeful about becoming a non smoker, I'm looking forward to see the money I save and most importantly, my kids are really happy with me.
I've gone two days already, I could never have imagined even getting this far so I'm even more determined to continue and not go back.

Those don’t actually help you with your addiction they might just temporarily satisfy your craving. So the chemical is still being induced into your system with such products. The only positive about using such quick methods is that you are only putting in the chemical responsible for your addiction in your system instead of all the other 4 to 6000 others which are carcinogenic and extremely harmful. All the best in overcoming your addiction 👍

OMG, this is so super helpful! After 51 years 4 pack a day, I quit. I really decided. I knew the first 3 days would be the worst. During those three days, I researched and got the heads up that days 5-7 were no joke. Right. headaches, insomnia, sweating as if I was constantly running a marathon. I made it! But day 8? hideous! It was as if my brain was revolting, and I could not stop the obsession of getting a cigarette. I failed completely because I wasn't prepared for that! I thought I was out of the woods. sigh. SO disappointed in myself! Now I have to start over, but this time I need a plan for days 8-30 where I hope I can tell my idiot self that I am NOT going back! I admit I am not looking forward to going through all that again, but I choose to be free, dammit! Oh, and watch out for the constantly running nose, sneezing, pain, etc. That first week is a b_tch! But know that while you are going through that? you are winning. And I will win too.

When I've wanted to smoke, I've said "I don't want to smoke because ___________." Lower blood pressure, relieve anxiety from not having one, breathing better. I've posted a list of all the reasons I want to quit on the wall, and I just go down the checklist.

I need to try this method, I would like your opinion if chantix or tabex would help.
I smoked 40 yrs, quit for 10, and started again when I retired because of boredom or just because it helps pass time.
When I quit I used chantix and developed extreme anxiety and was on clonopin for 10 years. The only way to get off clonopin wa to start smoking again. Now I'm apprehensive about trying to quit again. My brain is locked into smoking as a lifestyle so I hope I can rewire it.

Cravings are like house burglars, leave open windows and doors and they enter uninvited, lock them and they don’t get in, the second you feel a craving, lock the door ( change the thought focus to something else). I’m quitting as we speak and my coping mechanism is talking about smoking when I’m craving, because I openly remember why I’m quitting and I picture the benefits…. It’s easy to quit if you want to quit,I’m a smoker of 25 years, and already feel amazing for quitting

Dont pressure yourself too much because quitting forever sounds intimidating for most. What helps is keeping a pack in your pocket for as long as you need to that way if you feel like you want a cig its in your pocket. If you remove cigs from within your reach guess what the cravings will be stronger to fight off. If you need to put a cig in your mouth do it just dont light it so you can get that mouth to hand motion. If you light it guess what nothing happened you didnt fail learn to think positive.
The key is to start limiting the amount of hits you take. Your body only craves the amount of nicotine you introduce to it. In the morning thank Jesus Christ for another day then if you usually have coffee instead of taking 12 drags start counting your hits. Take 10 drags instead do this for a couple days. By wed take 8 hits do that till Friday.
Monday take 6 drags do this till the weekend. Monday take 5 drags do this till the weekend. Monday take 4 drags do this till fri now friday morning when you make your coffee you will look back and say wow I only need 4 drags instead of 12 what happened why does 4 drags feel like 12? Lol that's because you have successfully trained your body to 4 drags and the body feels as satisfied as it once did when you had 12 drags.
3 weeks passed by now you're ready for the next step which is eliminating that morning cig. Monday if you still need to, go ahead and take 3 drags and dont toss it away, put it out and save it at the end of the day you will have many half smoked cig and you will notice that you still feel the same but look at how many DRAGS you saved yourself from taking by limiting and COUNTING your hits. Do this till wed. By fri dont take any drags instead tell your cravings that the pack is in my pocket I can have a cig anytime but I will have it later on.
Dont get rid of your cigs keep them with you that way you limit your cravings because we tend to want things more when they are further away from us.
Repeat this cycle for all your times you have a cig whether its morning, lunch break evening or in between.
Start by limiting the amount of nicotine you put in your body and I guarantee you in 1 month you WILL be down to 2 cig a DAY. And by 2 cig I mean anywhere between 10-20 DRAGS a day. Remember cigs arent measured by how many you light but by the drags you inhale.
If you fail just go back to the basics
Start with 5 drags for a week then down to 3 for another week and you will have a much more pleasant time cutting down or quitting all together. If it worked for me this method will work for YOU too. The key is to take it easy do NOT beat yourself up.
God bless you in Jesus name Amen.
We can do all things thru CHRIST who strengthens us.
    YOU GOT THIS🙏❤

It will be 2 weeks for me Wednesday and I’m still craving a smoke.I’m only quitting because I’m trying to conceive but once that’s done I want to smoke

I just can't make myself understand why anyone WANTS to smoke. I don't even really know what my own reasons were, for wanting to smoke 28 years ago. I can name 100 reasons NOT to though. I am on day 1 of using a nicotine patch and only 3 hours since my last smoke. 2 packs a day for 28 years. I hope your WANT for smoking goes away. If you quit for a baby. Please STAY a non smoker for them too. They will need you even when they grow up. I have been without both my parents and all grand parents since my late 20's. I'm only 39 and completely alone in the world. Smoking took half of them. Anyways idk why i'm rambling to a stranger. I guess it's better than lighting a cigarette. Good luck to you and if you quit, i hope you stay quit. Your baby needs you, even when they grow up.

You can’t smoke while pregnant, or nursing, or with young kids, or kids who are old enough to know what it is, so you may as well quit for good, if you plan to conceive.

I was in hospital recently and that gave me the idea to use thought against myself. I quit three weeks ago today. If I get a craving, instead of subconsciously inhaling and getting that light headed dizzy spell from not having had a smoke for a long time. I imagine and try to visualise a nurse pushing a tube down my throat, I can hear her saying you’re doing well, keep swallowing. I have even found myself not only swallowing but also holding my breath for a couple of seconds because of the tube. Now I only get a craving once maybe twice a day and I smoked 50 yep 50 a day for 39 years. The bonus is each time I have a craving it reinforces to me that my option is to not have that smoke (and I take it as one smoke at a time) or have THAT smoke and face the tube. You will find those cravings disappear from your mind real fast. It’s working for me. Good luck everyone.

Just a Copy paste material from the work of legendary "Allen Carr" .
Just twisting and changing some words here and there.
I see Mr Carr has made a lot of people's career.
Good content though . Keep it up. Best of luck. Thanks ma'am.

This is a serious accusation. Please be kind enough and show us where this material can be found in the work you're referring to. The answer is nowhere, but of course, you already know this if you have watched any of our videos. The definition and duration of nicotine cravings can be found in medical textbooks that existed long before but here's a more recent resource that we used: www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2928221/ and the term "mental cravings" or cravings as thoughts is something our work and research in the CBQ Method has put forward.

The relationship between food and dopamine is found to be false.
Even with depleted dopamine we do enjoy food.
Physical symptoms of withdrawal may last up to a month (insomnia, headaches etc..) not days.
And it’s not just about thoughts, stop selling nonsense
