      @@sauravagarwal5497 Sounds like you just needed another method. This has help thousands with no money spent at all. And even if people wanted to buy the package she offers, and it was what was need to help them, why be upset about it, unless you are just jealous over a knowledgeable business venture? This takes a ton of time!

      Self talk #1

    • @iljanosj
      @iljanosj 2 роки тому

      First of all; you explain everything very good! I really enjoy getting all the information from you because you explain it so well. Secondly: I can see and hear that you really know what you are talking about, you have the knowledge! Thirthly: I like all 3 tips equally, because I think they all go together. Tip 1: prepare; this is very important. Make a plan, don't just start because, like you said; you will set yourself up to fail. Tip 2: mental state; know your self talk. I really like that you used Gollem as an example for the craving that is trying to get its 'fix'. Because it's like a Gollem! Tip 3: Nicotine is the problem!!!!! and the problem can never be the solution. You are so right about that. Don't use nicotine replacements to battle the nicotine addiction. When you say it, it's so logical! You are so right. Thanik you again for making this video and for the CBQ method!

    I'm 42 been smoking since 18. I did quit for 1 year from 2019 to 2020. I started again in the middle of the pandemic. The fact that I went 1 year cold turkey and fell off the horse, makes me even more depressed and sad that I can't find that will power again. Its a double whammy... but I have been trying to quite for the past 3 months.... I go 3 days without a cigarette then cave in.... I think about the one blissful nicotine free year and wonder if I can ever go back to that state in my life....

      Try Allen Carrs easy way to quit smoking. He gets rid of all the brainwashing we been told about smoking like its hard to quit snd using nicotine replacement therapy and tells you how its easy and no withdrawals. I ordered mine on amazon and you can smoke while you read the book then at the end you smoke your last cigarette. You have to follow ALL the instructions tho.

    It’s definitely preparation and mind setting.Two weeks ago I relapsed 😑 if I only found you earlier.. if I.. than I could see video about relapse and lapse.
    I didn’t smoke whole month. That was longer I ever made ( smoker for 30 years) .
    I was alone , and without special reason I took a cigarette. Then I thought... I relapsed so I will take another till I try to stop again. Two days after I was buying cigarettes like before I stopped. (40 cigarettes)
    Now I’m watching your videos and suddenly everything becoming clear! I’m so thankful that I found you and your program. I set the date and I’m following steps as you said. Thank you and God bless you 🙏🏻❤️

    I live with my mother. Last month, we spent $450 on cigarettes. I feel like I am paying to kill myself. It's insanity. Every week, we say it is the last carton we will buy, until we buy "just one more". Once we are near the bottom of the carton (every 2 days or so), we begin to panic and smoke more. Or, if one of us is strong, the other gets weak (which is like having a built-in excuse to fail!). Any tips to deal with issue?

    • @CBQMethod
      @CBQMethod  4 роки тому +6

      Hi Tandi, thank you for commenting. Since deciding to quit together does not work for neither of you, you have to make separate attempts and not rely on each other for this. One of you has to lead the way and be an example for the other. This should be you. Prepare well, think of all the situations or dialogues you usually have with your mother that make both of you postpone quitting and mentally practice how you will handle those situations. Watch the videos of this channel, they will help you a lot and remember that becoming a nonsmoker has to be something you do first and foremost for you. When you take full responsibility for your success, you will succeed (And your mother will eventually follow).

    • @joanofarc33
      @joanofarc33 4 роки тому +3

      Tandi Nicole Hmmm. Maybe you are not ready. You should lead into your quit day without a sense of fear or panic. Plan for your quit. What helped me? An exercise bicycle. When I get stressed I go downstairs to my Lifecycle and ride while listening to music (30min or 1 hour). Also I gave myself permission to feel uncomfortable, feel my feelings. First week If I want to oversleep I oversleep, I cry, i feel angry but I don’t smoke. Try their program but really 90% of people who successfully stop smoking stop cold turkey and its usually after trying to stop several times and failing. You are thinking about quitting, now you have to choose the moment when you are really ready.

      You're very welcome Jerick! What matters the most is the quality of your preparation. If you do feel very ready and have time to invest in preparing 4 days could be enough, yes. But we'd recommend spending all the time you need to prepare properly as this can determine your success. You may never feel completely ready to take the leap (that's normal) but make sure you follow all the steps from this video. Hope this helps.

    Self talk. Before I give in...have to convince self to positively smoke.

    I want a ciggie so bad think I might die

      And yet the ciggie is what is killing you. Crazy, right? I'm not judging, just observing. I am on day 7 and I know I will make it this time. Started to get short of breath even when sitting around and that scared the shit out of me. Quit, there is no other option!

    I quit on the 1st of August.:13 days without smoke. The urge to smoke is still there but miss Davos reminded me to recall the reasons why i want to quit. I have more reasons to quit than to smoke and because of that i am now 13 days smoke free. This is not my first time to quit. I stopped smoking for 7 years at one time but i started again after drinking beer cos i have forgotten that i am an addict. Being an addict i am not cured of my addiction. One puff is enough to pull me back to smoke. Avoid the first Puff

    Apparently you never smoke
    And you don’t know what you’re talking about
