Beautiful car! ONR is amazing. On mine I opted to get the front and rockers PPF'ed with a full ceramic coating. I was told that no ceramic coating can protect from rock chips. Have you noticed any slight rock chips around the high impact zones (hood, front bumper, wheel wells, rocker panels, A pillars)? Also, do you use anything to layer on top or condition the ceramic coating on yours?
EDIT: I just noticed you have PPF on the lower front.

I have partial PPF on hood and fenders. Got a rock chip on the hood 18" from where the PPF stops so good thing you got the whole hood done. Biggest issue is rear quarter panels and rear doors. Quarters have factory PPF on wheel arch but not good enough. If you see the video I posted just before this one I show closeups of the damage. You should get the front mudflaps they have for the new S even though you have PPF. I used CQuartz UK 3.0 and I use beadmaker to dry and Carpro Reload every couple months. I used to use Colonite but Reload has been working great and easier to use.

@@toothfixer I just checked out your previous video and I see what you're talking about. Currently I have the rockers, the lower 25% of the doors, and the factory pieces on the rear just like you have. Based off of your previous video I can see that I'll need more on the rear quarter panels. Thanks for the solid advice. I read complaints about the tesla mudflaps being too long and hearing them scrape across speed bumps. Has that been your experience?

@@novym yes they scrap but who cares. The important thing is they protect the rear quarters mine are getting beat up. Front track is wider on the revised S. Getting close to ordering a plaid. My car is perfect but a year from now I’ll be at 40k miles and need to trade in so…..
