  • Prenatal yoga is an opportunity to connect; with our baby, but also with our own intuition. Trusting your intuition is so important for the challenge of birth but also during motherhood.
    Learning to trust yourself is invaluable.
    This prenatal yoga class is suitable for all trimesters. I'll be using yoga props but if you don't have them you can substitute for household items.
    Bolster = cushions, pillows, rolled blanket
    Blocks = books
    Strap = scarf or belt
