    That was perfect thankyou! 15 weeks tomorrow. Body is feeling good. I’m LOVEING wide legged poses atm. ❤🤰

    Doing this again, about 7 weeks into my 3rd pregnancy now! This was just what I needed today to get out of that first trimester fatigue. The combination of strengthening moves plus a lot of side openings made me feel much better :)

    Wonderful combination! I especially loved the side stretches. This was great for the spine, hips and hamstrings. Also loved the warrior flow and triangle pose. Excellent class overall! :)

    Hello Mam, I am Shwetha. I had done a few yoga like child pose,cobra pose , now pose in the bed, for a few days. The bed is slightly uneven. Will it cause any issues? It would be very helpful if you could give me a reply. Thank you Mam

      Hi Shwetha. Ideally you would do on a firmer surface, like a blanket on the floor, but if the bed is most comfortable it’s unlikely to cause any issue.
