If you’re researching the best probiotics for constipation or what fiber is best for constipation, it can be important to understand the underlying causes of chronic constipation and difficult bowel movements. And you also want to understand that the underlying cause of constipation can vary greatly from person to person.

I have to respond! Last few days i have been going 2 to 4 xs a day. This is after a 3.5 yr history of unable to 'go' for often 4 to 6 weeks at a time. Really really bad with all sorts of hospital BS visits (Uk).
I started on l limonene ( orange aroma oil 1 drop in water), gaba powder ( about 150 to 200 mg under tongue) and l- glucosine ( have i got name right?) ( finger dipped in powder) a little ascorbic vit c.
I am catabolic but history of extreme constipation.
Unbelievable results! I would also add chiropractor adjustment of sacroniliac joints ( check top of gluteal muscles for assymetry and a lot of office work, sitting for hours).
Now after trying everything possible, i am free.
Time to add hcl carefully n bile salts later then build up my body as very eeak n ill, deficient blood tests and hair n skin, brain fog n memory issues after so many years of gut inable to absorb.
ALL of this after going thru your videos over n pver again.

However, there is no information on this product. I know it is used to clear out the bowels before surgery. I am told it's safe for long-term use for constipation.
Throughout the years, I have not found anyone talking about digestion for this population.
I came across you and watched several of your videos, which found them to be very informative.
This is a population of people who are suffering from what I am told is no muscle control.

This population suffers from all the symptoms you mention from constipation, acid reflux, skin issues, swallowing issues, and very larger stools when things are coming out the back door.

Would those all be available within your book?

That's because the solution will depend on your body chemistry. That's why I point people to either our book or our free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/freedigest/
That way, you're not using cookie cutter solutions that only work for 15% of people.

I don't understand how eggs could be pro-catabolism while being one of the best source of arginine (more than 4gr for 100gr of eggs) . You advised (Avoid These Supplements in the Morning video) to avoid arginine in the morning because it is pro-anabolism. It seems to me that you contradict yourself. Could you clarify this please ?

One of the main reasons is not eating enough foods with fiber! Animal products contain zero fiber. Fiber also helps clean out cholesterol from our bodies. Beans, leafy greens, veggies….if your body isn’t used to higher fiber foods start slow. Let your body adjust. You need to feed/grow that good gut bacteria and it takes time!

Um, I know that ascorbic acid is synthetic (synthesized from GMO corn), but Im wondereing if you could clarify that statement that ascobic acid "doesn't really raise the vitamin c level in your body".
    From the Linus Pauling Institute:
Natural and synthetic L-ascorbic acid are chemically identical, and there are no known differences in their biological activity. The possibility that the bioavailability of L-ascorbic acid from natural sources might differ from that of synthetic ascorbic acid was investigated in at least two human studies, and no clinically significant differences were observed.
