@@alitadupray777Have you? I just ordered mine from Empirical Labs, so I’m yet to come to a verdict myself. I’d appreciate your input or anyone else’s that has had their gallbladder removed.
I've been listening to you for quite a while now and I'm very uncertain why you have a low subscription because what you're saying is spot on. You seem to know as much as Eric Berg and Sten Ekberg
Oh how I wish I had found this channel 3 years. My dad may still be with us. He had his gallbladder removed and went downhill very fast. Bilirubins went off the chart! Liver became toxic. I believe if we had this knowledge then, he would still be with us. The doctors basically killed him stent inserts and removal. He got ecoli from one of the surgeries and almost died then. He suffered so much.
Very sorry to hear about your mom. I lost my brother from gastric cancer & grandma died of colon cancer, so I understand your pain. It was my brother’s medical neglect and then losing my beautiful dog to same (cancer), it finally woke me up to learn and take steps to heal my own self before the same fate comes along. We often have to have these painful wakeup calls to get wise to the toxic systems that are designed to sicken us. I hope you’ve found a way to use this info to good purpose now. Many blessings.
That’s exact what happened to my mum. 5y ago. GB removed, nafld, hernia, incfection and then death, only 60. To top it off I lost my wife to cancer last year and she had all symptons of what was just said re estrogen (BC pill). If only this valuable information was known by go, even surgeons, but we know that won’t happen. So reason I watch this is because I to have gastro probs brought on from stress of it all. However this wont happen to me thanks to KIN channel and my daughter wont be a orphan. ❤

@@KickItNaturally Hey my friend you are great! Please help me if you can. I had my gallbladder removed about 14 years ago or so. Ever since I began to shake and feel weak 2 hours after any fatty meal. People would call the ambulance constantly and in thousands of times I thought I would die. Specially, because it feels like you’re taking your life away when I get an episode after a fatty meal. Now I realize I have no bile flow because it really helps when I use ox bile. So I figured out my problem, now how do I get bile flowing again? And is it even possible to correct such a chronic problem that has gone on for so many years? Thank you if you can help me. I started beet flow once a day and hasn’t really helped. So I’m gonna try all your saying here… thanks in advanced for any help.
I’m so upset with my physician right now. Prior to knowing I have one gallstone I went in about 5 yrs ago because I was experiencing tingly feet and itchy skin. I got my blood results back and he said my numbers were slightly going up, my endoscopy on my liver showed a small amount of fatty liver disease. All he did for me was get me to talk to a dietician and all she said was don’t eat enriched flour and tropical fruit and watch fat. So I did at most part. As time went on I was experiencing acid reflux and he prescribed me medication. Not once did he say your gallbladder. Now I have a new Dr and told him that I’m still experiencing tingly feet he suggested to stop crossing my legs, which at most part I don’t cross my legs, I asked for a check on my liver to see how it’s going. He gives a phone call saying I have one gallstone and I didn’t understand what he said about my liver as he has a very strong African accent. Told me to change my diet and lose weight, which I did already. Didn’t seem too concerned about talking to me more about it. I have osteoporosis, I’ve been on calcium therapy for years and he started me on it again plus I take vitamin D3, B 12, salmon oil, zinc, C, just started on K2 & D3, calcium with D3, magnesium plus a couple others. Didn’t know I need K2, didn’t understand water and fat solubles vitamins but now it’s making more sense on the bile, plus low blood pressure but now it’s above that, fatigue, low iron. Over a month ago I threw up in the middle of the night??? I did eat poorly that day. I’m tired of my doctors. My brother had type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease then a tumor plus gallbladder removed and my new doctor knows this. Why is he ignoring that maybe it’s a bike problem. My stomach has just started acting strange. I’m working hard on the diet but not doing low fat. Before knowing all this I went on keto and lost 10 lbs but now my stomach has been troubling me more then ever. I’m very concerned. I’ve jotted everything you’ve been talking about and if he tells me to get it removed I’ll find another Dr. I made an appointment this week and will be discussing these issues. Even my FIT test was abnormal and if I didn’t push to get it done sooner then later I’d still be waiting, found one polyp. If I didn’t get my liver checked while I did I would have probably suffered with a gallstone attack. I’m going to try the Beet Flush for sure. ❤ You have to be your own advocate and listen to your body. My brother, Rest his soul, he should have listened more. 😢. He’s my reason why I do this, also my doctor said they’ll look at my liver in a years time. WTH!! That’s not cool with me. I believe I’m insulin resistant too.
I bought your book as I didn’t want to take it for free I love your channel and you’ve helped so much since before my gallbladder removal and now after Thanks TC ❤

Not going to lie Dr bergs vitamin mixes aren't for everyone either. And tbh his stuff is so basic and underwhelming I stopped listening to him last year round abouts. He talks a lot but never gets tot he root of the actual problem. Vitamin pusher?
@@ZodiaKittyKatwell o think berg is trying to appeal to a wide audience maybe and he’s trying to strip all the med speak some like pub med articles have and he’s probably trying to make it where the widest group possible can get it. Keep saying we as if he is a Doctor doing the experiment on patience... But he indicated he's not a Doctor so is he doing this on a bunch of people on his own?
Is spicy food supposed to be neutralized by bile, moreover, is a burning at both ends after spicy foods a sign of bile deficiency? Just curious about that. After learning a lil bit from this video, I figure I tried attacking bile(with tudca) before using hcl/pepsin, so maybe I should have done the opposite, but I've made some improvements with digestion with hcl/pepsin.... recognizing I need to improve a better flow of bile. I fasted 50 days this year! In a row. I've used coffee enemas, minerals, b vitamins, made insane improvements over the years, but getting close to learning my way to normalcy. We don't realize we do it to ourselves, eating like crackheads.
Hey @Will From Within , Sounds like you're on the right track, but probably need some adjustments, which is common. 1. Spicy foods aren't really "acidic" like people think. Any food that is eaten should be acidified in the stomach and that needs to be neutralized by alkaline bile. TUDCA can be an effective replacment for bile, but it doesn't do much to actually restore the natural bile function. To do that, you need to thin the bile. This video will show you how to do that: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html If acid is coming up, that is normally from not enough stomach acid. If you're using an HCL with pepsin, you'll likely need to find one without it because it can bother stomach when you use a high enough dose to actually acidify the stomach enough to correct reflux. You can learn more about that here: ua-cam.com/video/ZDTUrYGVu7Q/v-deo.html But if it's hot coming out, that's usually because you don't have enough bile to neutralize even the small amount of acid you're making. So you might need to improve bile flow and slow that down before you qualify to increase your HCL and fix the reflux. If you run into trouble, sign up for our totally free digestion course and it will walk you through all the ins and outs of figuring out what needs to be fix and what steps will help the most. @@KickItNaturally Thank you for taking time to reply, I sure appreciate discovering your channel. Just a little trouble digesting fats at the moment, some really good strength returning to body, so overcoming maybe malabsorbtion issues I didn't realize...but getting good results from little tweaks and putting experience over experimentation, slowly and surely. I think my duodenum has/had been open for years😅, I don't think I have H.Pylori, and ruled out some things, just need a little loving care towards liver. Coffee enemas are less gurgling, nowadays, so thinking just a little more loving intention towards liver, easy does it-- not overdoing them, but they have a great place in any healing journey imo. I experimented yesterday with a LOT of coffee in(no enema just my cheapest way of bile thinning) and much more sliding action, solid formation, followed by something in my legs I call "death cramps", which I corrected before sleeping with supplementation, but listening to body, giving it a good break and supporting a fresh relationship with healthy foods goes a long way. Thank you again! I figure I will have my own clinic at the end of this🙃

Unfortunately the Beet Flow did not work. Had to have the Gallbladder removed a few months ago. To be fair I had 0% function results from the HIDA scan so it was a long shot. I do use the Bilex to reduce the acid about an hour after a fatty meal. Works great.
@@johndiaz2853 did not have Gallstones, i dealt with Gallbladder pain for 5-6 years every few months but did not know what it was. Triggered by fatty meals, mostly pork ribs or park fats fried foods, ice cream. Was keto carnivore for years and most time a ribeye would not bother me. When it hit it was usually about 3-4 hours after dinner ( 12-1AM) would last 3-4 hours then fade away. Bilex about an hour after a meal really helped ease the pain of the Gallbladder spasms . Hi, Wow, so glad I came across these videos. Thank you so much. A question- How would you know if you need to address stomach acid? I am watching this because of your bile flow tips and supplementation, and heard you were talking about the acidity in your stomach as well. Not sure what the marker would be if this is also something one need to address? * My bile flow is not great | and I get gall attacks every now and then, with immense pain in the middle of the night. * My haemoglobin and oxygen in my blood really low and also my mineral levels. So obviously my system does not absorb the supplements I am taking. * Apparently there are also parasites lurking in my bloodstream. Would you start with improving bile flow? In order for my system to absorb B12 and iron for my haemoglobin and iron deficiency? Looking forward to hear from you.

Beet Flow sounds like a good product But the concern I have is that beet greens have a Lot of Oxalate and should a person who deals with high oxalate in their system take this product? Wouldn’t it exasperate the oxalate issue ? Thank you for theses informative videos 😊🙏🏼
HI @Lisa T, it's a concentrated beet greens juice that makes it effective, so it's not like eating beet greens. But beyond that, we view it as the person has issues with the oxalates because their digestion and detoxification pathway is not working correctly. When a person fixes these things by improving bile flow and the other side of digestion, all the sudden they don't seem to have that problem anymore. Hope that helps.
@@KickItNaturally Thank you for that reply. I am interested in that product. Do you think it’s helpful to take the Beet Flow product even if one doesn’t do the coffee enemas or coffee suppositories ? From our experience, most people improve bile flow when just using Beet flow. We only use Xeneplex when someone is needing more help. But I don't know your whole situation so not something I could comment on directly.
Hi all! I have normal stools but they are yellow/pale, trapped gas, the need to burp or suck in air to burp, hardly any pain. US showed no gallstones, no sludge, no inflammation, normal liver, pancreas and kidney but on HIDA scan my EF is 12%. I’m learning through my BM color that it takes about 6-8 days for my gallbladder to fully release bile. I found that out by timing when I have normal brown color BM’s (which last for 2 days) and when it goes back pale. I did find out my thiamine is about 8 points below the lab marker. Magnesium and all other vitamins were fine. Other than that all labs show I’m completely healthy. I need some positive vibes. Any recommendations for healing naturally? Any success stories from healing naturally? I do not know where to start and I am not ready to consider surgery at all. Any input?

Hello, thank you for this great video. I really enjoy the knowledge, and is very easy to understand. I have ileocecal valve syndrome my sphincter doesn’t open up the way is supposed to. Approximately 27 years ago I had severe pain in my right quadrant by my hip bone and I was taking to emergency and they removed my appendix obviously I didn’t know that I had that problem. I asked the surgeon if my appendix was really bad and she said “No” crazy. After that I continued with the same pain until I found a good doctor and told me what I had, and I learned what to eat and not. Few months ago I fractured my foot, I was eating and laying down some how I developed that problem again because I started introducing more Good Fats I don’t eat junk. I started introducing HCL No Pepsin very smalls amounts and I was feeling better consuming butter(grass fed), more red meat ( grass fed) etc Because I am not active I started getting constipated and I haven’t been feeling well. My blood pressure when up my heart rate was very high. After few days I started feeling better but I stopped the salads, and beef etc I am only drinking 1/4 of a teaspoon of ACV with water before I eat. I am benching my stomach and my tummy do gargles sounds. Do I need to fix my ileocecal valve First? Because I can’t really have a bowel movement everyday. I am on eggs for breakfast over easy with water. Salmon and some steam veggies that is it. Or an omelette with avocado I stop doing the fats like olive oil for now. I feel better, my blood pressure is normal now. If you have any in put I will really appreciate that. I don’t drink and smoke. Oh I had a sludge many years ago and one stone. THANK YOU for your time.

What if you have gall stones? Won't dilating the bile duct (w/ Xeneplex) increase the chances of a stone getting caught in the duct and causing a surgical problem?
I was wondering if Beet Flow supplement will cause a rise in blood glucose levels? I couldn't find that information on their website. No carbohydrate data was included on the bottle.
I've been using BeetFlow for over a month and up to my 7th coffee suppository. Urinary bilirubin is starting to come down (I think--those stick color chips are not too accurate). Stools about the color of corr. cardboard. Still smelly, and smelly gas. Taking acacia fiber powder to help solidify and slow down stools so as to be able to get off of Imodium--until bile flow improves. My question is whether this is damaging my intestine. In other words, if the water and speed of movement is there to avoid damage, does reducing that via fiber then cause damage?
We can give advice on specific situations in video comments, but it's important to look at all possible causes that can be loosening up the stool. If you get stuck, this page lists a variety of ways to get help or find your own answers; kickitnaturally.com/get-help/
Hi Jennifer, every situation is unique, but we don't let clients start HCL unless they are at least starting to take HCL just to ensure they don't cause trouble. Improving bile flow faster than you improve stomach acid issues could slow the stool down and create constipation, but that would only be temporary and would be a better problem than someone creating diarrhea by increasing stomach acid while bile is not flowing well at all. But if someone is already constipated, they would be very little effort to improve bile flow until the stool was moving better. it's still just a good idea to have that process in motion.
I get it. I can't tell you what to do, but the digestive course should guide you through that and help you correct that issue and unerstand how to slow down efforts when needed.
Here is our video on oxalate mistakes: ua-cam.com/video/pC5-MxW9d_g/v-deo.html and if a person is having a skin reaction, it is often from improving bile too quickly and too many backed up toxins coming out too quickly as described in this podcast episode: kickitnaturally.com/episode363/

My nutritionist said that your approach isn’t permanent although it works she said it doesn’t last. What is your response to that and how well the cell reduce work at building HCL
Nothing is permanent. If you're still making mistakes or have imbalances that are thickening up the bile, why would taking steps to thin bile be permanent. The real question is if something works, is it worth it to you to take that step. and the last part of your question didn't make sense to me. May be a typo. I am going through your info like a crazy person! I have severe gallbladder issues. Full of stones and sludge. I have done 8 gallbladder flushes, 3 weeks apart and am just continuing to make stones and sludge. I am on carnivore diet (20 months). HI @Jennifer Hasenstab, it sounds like the lack of bile may have removed your sizzle and can restrict the body's ability to absorb minerals. That can lead to a reduction in stomach acid producton. Can the beetflow improve things if I have ulcers? (Stomach and duodenal) I have diarrhea mostly but sometimes constipation. If I can eat enough carbs (greens) then constipation isn't such a problem. But I find lately I've had to be careful with any sort of carb because they cause pain in my mid-section. Been trying to figure that out, whether it's pain in liver or maybe pancreatitis. If someone has stones, that's a very strong sign that bile has not been flowing well and it's concentrating so long in the gallbladder that stones are forming. So anything that helps it flow can help the stones eventually melt down, but we talk about some other helpful steps in this podcast episode here: kickitnaturally.com/gallbladder-save-what-to-drink-and-more/
I view this as the person usually has bile that is not flowing and the medical world views it like the bile acids must not be getting recycled. They don't understand that things (like medications) can thicken up the bile so it won't flow. If they did, they wouldn't be pulling out gallbladder's left and right.

You have to be your own advocate and listen to your body. My brother, Rest his soul, he should have listened more. 😢. He’s my reason why I do this, also my doctor said they’ll look at my liver in a years time. WTH!! That’s not cool with me. I believe I’m insulin resistant too.
I bought your book as I didn’t want to take it for free
I love your channel and you’ve helped so much since before my gallbladder removal and now after

When is the best time to take beer flow for best results? Empty stomach or before or after or during meal
This video will show you how to do that: ua-cam.com/video/mBdV6ZT9woQ/v-deo.html
If acid is coming up, that is normally from not enough stomach acid. If you're using an HCL with pepsin, you'll likely need to find one without it because it can bother stomach when you use a high enough dose to actually acidify the stomach enough to correct reflux. You can learn more about that here: ua-cam.com/video/ZDTUrYGVu7Q/v-deo.html
But if it's hot coming out, that's usually because you don't have enough bile to neutralize even the small amount of acid you're making. So you might need to improve bile flow and slow that down before you qualify to increase your HCL and fix the reflux.
If you run into trouble, sign up for our totally free digestion course and it will walk you through all the ins and outs of figuring out what needs to be fix and what steps will help the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course

I'm a fan of coffee enemas and coffee suppositories and use them with clients a lot. But they work to dilate the biliary pathway so bile can flow better, but they don't thin the bile. We use other methods to make that happen and then the coffee enemas become 10 X as effective. I talk about that method in this video: ua-cam.com/video/4H6ZTLf6sYU/v-deo.html

Best flow has high oxalates, what alternatives can I use?
HI @Lioness Foodie, this video explains why our view on oxalates could be a major mistake: ua-cam.com/video/pC5-MxW9d_g/v-deo.html
Beet Greens are high in oxalate! Can this a concern for some people?
Hey my friend you are great!

I started introducing HCL No Pepsin very smalls amounts and I was feeling better consuming butter(grass fed), more red meat ( grass fed) etc
Because I am not active I started getting constipated and I haven’t been feeling well. My blood pressure when up my heart rate was very high. After few days I started feeling better but I stopped the salads, and beef etc
I am only drinking 1/4 of a teaspoon of ACV with water before I eat. I am benching my stomach and my tummy do gargles sounds. Do I need to fix my ileocecal valve First? Because I can’t really have a bowel movement everyday.
I am on eggs for breakfast over easy with water.
Salmon and some steam veggies that is it. Or an omelette with avocado
I stop doing the fats like olive oil for now. I feel better, my blood pressure is normal now. If you have any in put I will really appreciate that. I don’t drink and smoke. Oh I had a sludge many years ago and one stone. THANK YOU for your time.
1. Can you use apple cider vinegar instead of HCL?
2. Can you go without the coffee enema/suppository if you are taking Beet Flow but not doing the Beet Flow Flush?
ACV is a fraction as powerful as HCL, so it only helps if someone just needs a little boost. and this video explains who should not use ACV beyond that: ua-cam.com/video/Oi0Y9XSeSXw/v-deo.html

Has one ever experienced a pulsing sensation originating from where the gallbladder is?
I had that, felt like something moved also
Definitely! It's like it's coming back to life. Amazing sensation, I had it for about two years when I first started working on my gallbadder.
How would you compare the effectiveness of Beet Flow vs. Tudca?
We use tudca to replace bile if someone has lost their gallbladder. We use beet flow to help thin the bile to restore it's natural flow.. We talk about tudca more in this video: ua-cam.com/video/VhiVVFXOyX0/v-deo.html

What if you have gall stones? Won't dilating the bile duct (w/ Xeneplex) increase the chances of a stone getting caught in the duct and causing a surgical problem?
I talk about this some in this video: ua-cam.com/video/QVeg5oLt-RI/v-deo.html
Is there something I could use besides beet flow, I have oxalate issues?

Thank you so much! ❤
You're welcome 😊
I was wondering if Beet Flow supplement will cause a rise in blood glucose levels? I couldn't find that information on their website. No carbohydrate data was included on the bottle.
It would be nominal if it did. I've used it with tons of clients doing keto and it did not knock them out of ketosis or anything like that.
In your book it says don’t do hcl until you do beet flow. But you said too much bile can make things worse if not enough acid.
@@KickItNaturally I am already constipated but I have no gallbladder so I’m afraid to steady hcl without getting bile flowing.
I get it. I can't tell you what to do, but the digestive course should guide you through that and help you correct that issue and unerstand how to slow down efforts when needed.
Word of caution. Overdosing on beet flow will increase your oxalates intake multifold. This can give you skin rash plus lots of other issues
Here is our video on oxalate mistakes: ua-cam.com/video/pC5-MxW9d_g/v-deo.html
and if a person is having a skin reaction, it is often from improving bile too quickly and too many backed up toxins coming out too quickly as described in this podcast episode: kickitnaturally.com/episode363/
Hey Tony, I just started watching your videos and I am thinking on getting my hands on the Beet Flow and the Coffee suppositories Xeneplex , How do I begin taking these products? Should I start with The beet flow flush and the next day the coffee suppositories? Or should I begin taking beet flow with every meal ( 2to 3 caps) and when do I include the suppositories ?
Thanks!

@@KickItNaturally thanks! I will! Lastly in some cases have you seen HCL actually cause diarrhea?
Have had major improvements in many areas including 67 lbs gone but I let my dr talk me into some hormone replacement therapy ( I’m a little low on testosterone) but he added a small estrogen bump and it sent me into a tail spin! Pretty sure I have a duodenal ulcer. I have pain all of the time. I used to not have gas, burping, BO, or other unpleasantness but now I am just a mess. I am taking beet flow and I have done a couple of coffee enemas and am doing another flush tomorrow. I just don’t know what to eat! I really like carnivore and I believe I do well on it but don’t know if I need to add some veg for a while or what? Eat smaller amounts? I eat once or twice a day. My weight loss has stagnated. Really confused… can you direct me with what to do or who to talk to? My breath rate is 12-14. I’m pretty alkaline. Blood pressure is usually normal to a little higher.
