Thank you so much for sharing these natural remedies. I started having digestive problems since 2020 and finally I ended up at ER in February 2021. They tought for sure it was my gallbladder and after the ultrasound, sure enough, they told me I had a stone (plus a fatty liver). I followed up with two different Surgeons and both were ready to remove my gallbladder because according to their words "you don't need your gallbladder anyway". I said no thank you and decided to see a GI. My symptoms were not the same symptoms for a gallbladder attack. I am glad I did, my GI told me I had IBS. It has been a journey but I started watching Dr. Berg as well as Dr. Ekbert. I have learned so much, the importance of eating healthier and to always read the labels! It's scary how garbage they put in our foods! Vegetables olis are bad for you! Anyhow, I decided to see a holistic doctor because I wanted to know the root of my problems, not just patch the symptoms. One of the supplements she recommended was Choline and Enzymes. It has been a journey and it's not over but my flare ups have improved about 90%. I haven't tried the milk thistle yet, I guess it depends on how my tests go.
So,glad you opted for a second opinion and went the natural way. No body part is optional. They all have specific functions and when removed leave deficits as they alter the way things are supposed to work. Gall bladder, tonsils, spleen, appendix, wisdom teeth, etc. are best left alone. Find the cause of the problem and remove that.

Bile is a digestive secretion primarily made of cholesterol, bile salts, and bilirubin, produced in the liver and stored in the gallbladder. It helps break down fats into a form that you can digest and absorb from food, making it a vital component for nutrient absorption. Bile has several functions in the body. It helps in the digestion of fats, absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (Vitamins A, D, E, & K), and excretion of bilirubin and excess cholesterol. Poor bile flow can result in malnutrition and the accumulation of toxins in the body which can contribute to unwanted bacterial growth, chronic inflammation, and weight gain. The liver filters toxins from the body, stores energy and nutrients, and produces bile for fat digestion. The gallbladder stores bile in quantities to be released after you consume a meal. The combined role of the liver and gallbladder ensures proper fat metabolism and excretion of unwanted toxins from the body. When you eat, your gallbladder contracts and releases bile into your stomach. Once the bile is in your stomach and small intestine, the acids in the bile help break down food and nutrients for proper absorption. In your colon, bile acids are reabsorbed back into your bloodstream so they can be used again. Bile acid malabsorption (BAM) is a condition that occurs when your intestines can’t absorb bile acids properly. This results in extra bile acids in your intestines, which can cause watery diarrhoea and although BAM has been associated with diarrhoea for nearly 50 years, it remains an under recognised and under-diagnosed cause of chronic diarrhoea. EAT FOODS TO IMPROVE BILE FLOW To improve bile flow, consider incorporating the following foods into your diet: Organic acids from apple cider vinegar, lemons, and limes Bitter herbs such as parsley, cilantro, dandelion, and milk thistle Warming spices like ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon Prebiotic foods like artichokes, radishes, asparagus, and garlic Beets, chicory, and rocket

In that case, your body creates virus which are not alive, they are just solvents that will dissolve that matter that is contaminated..

Great video! My daughter is 25 and has pancreatitis and fatty liver. Has type 2 diabetes and poly cystic ovaries. Metabolic syndrome. She had a very sore stomach and couldn't stand the pain so went to emergency. They said she had pancreatitis and a stone. I'm thinking she has a blocked bile duct which is causing massive stomach aches after she eats food. She just sent us a picture of her brushing her hair and she had a handful of hair in her palm. She is also loosing her hair. We are very worried as doctors said she may need to take out her gall bladder. But i'm worried that will bring on more issues down the road. What do you think the best thing is to do and should she be taking bile salts to perhaps unblock her duct. Also, she is so worried to what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thank you for any information you may send my way.

I have been having pain on my right side for about 14 years. I just learned about the problem a couple of years ago. My pain would always begin after eating or overeating. It was excruciating. I would take Magnesium, vitamin D3, and potassium. It helped some. When I started a Ketogenic diet, along with Fasting, it helped tremendously. I started listening to a fantastic Chiropractor from Virginia. I believe he really knows his stuff. He told me about bile salts, choline, milk Thistle - and one that I especially love is Tudca. Have her to use this, too. It helps me a lot. I will not get my Gallbladder taken out. It plays a big role in our digestive process. Have her to take a good prebiotic/probiotic supplement. That will help her gut health. The Doctor I've been listening to is Dr. Eric Berg. You can find him on UA-cam, Instagram, and Facebook. I hope this helps you. I'll be praying for her to get well, soon.
You don't say what her diet is like. She needs to take her life into her own hands. You can't do it for her. She would do well to consult a naturopathic doctor. If she can't do that she should start with a low carb diet . . . but even that takes some self determinism and dedication to learning what that means and then following it. The first thing she can do is intermittent fasting.... meaning stop eating between meals. NO snacking! All of this takes study.... even the bile salts because you don't want to take them if you have low stomach acid. HOWEVER if you want bile salts there IS a formula that you can't go wrong with as it contains both the bile salts AND the betaine hydrochloride to give you the necessary acid. It is called DR. BERG GALLBLADDER FORMULA EXTRA STRENGTH. I hope this all works out for both of you. Also, every little thing can help.... from sunshine to walking to good sleep. Her shopping list should include lots of eggs (yes, they were wrong about eggs) meat, cheese, vegetables, no potatoes, no rice, no bread (sorry, it's true), no cereal, no grains, no beans (sorry, it's true), and no fruit. HER BEST BET WOULD BE TO MEASURE HER BLOOD SUGAR AN HOUR AFTER MEALS SO SHE CAN LEARN WHAT SPIKES IT AND WHAT DOESN'T.
KETO, intermittent fasting (1-2 meals a day within an 8h feeding window), water fasting 1-2 days a week. With these she will slowly reverse every single problem you mentioned she has. I hope my message is not too late for her gallbladder. She doesn't need to remove it. Just use extra bile salts, TUDCA. Also Baldwins Lysimachia (jin Qian Cao / Gold Coin Grass) is absolutely potent in breaking those stones down however, this might get things worse as the stones will dissolve, become sharper and dislodge. This might make things a bit worse in the beginning. Bile Salts and TUDCA though should help in keeping the bile flowing so all this is a matter of trial and error on how she feels with the recommended dosages etc.
Excellant video, probably the best on you tube about bile flow. I do have one question, why not milk kefir? I do all the others but also drink cows milk kefir

Hi good night am from Trinidad and I had gallbladder surgery...my problem is that I don't understand my body anymore because some time I don't feel to eat at all and then when I do eat is like I can't stop eating...same with my bowel movement one minute am going too much and then next am constipated...I hear about the bile salt and the vitamin D3 with K2 but with how my body is going am afraid to do anything...and with the pandemic situation am not getting to see my doctor's to ask them what to do...if I drink coffee with out milk I have to run to the toilet but if I drink coffee with the milk then am constipated...which am really lactose intolerant. Please help me
Stop drinking the coffee altogether, sis. It's very dehydrating. Wean off slowly. Then start eating foods that will help support your liver in making more bile. Your liver is working overtime now to produce bile as you haven't got a gallbladder to store the bile anymore. Dr. Berg has a video up about foods to eat for bile production. Focus on mainly eating those for a month or two, with 7 cups of raw salad greens, along with probiotics and see if you feel better. If not, try the purified oxbile salts or Swedish Bitters along with digestive enzymes. Introduce these supplements SLOWLY and not all at once. See what your body likes and doesn't like. Give things a chance to work (unless you have an adverse reaction!). You should be eating everyday whether you feel to or not. Eat before 530pm and then stop for the day. Do not drink liquids directly before, during or immediately after you eat. Put on relaxing music 🎶 and sit near a view of something natural. Tree, Garden, watercourse, etc. Practice good sleep hygiene and head to bed by 9 or 930pm. You want to be in deep REM SLEEP by 10pm. Healing hormones are produced in the body between the hours of 10pm & 2am. Try and see if any of this helps you
Not incredibly convincing, a lot of chemicals/synthetic hormones in milk can simply be avoided if you consume organic or biodynamic milk. Even pasteurised milk will still ferment well, adding in millions of beneficial bacteria.
This is all great and dandy for those of you who have gallbladders .I don’t have a gallbladder which doesn’t help me I need something to replace the bile

Is Swedish bitter a good supplement?
@@macs-13 Hi good morning. And for hair loss what do you recommend? I started taking T4 for my hipo and my hair started to fall awfully. I stop taking T4 and the hair loss stoped, but I need to take them (doctors advise) and I am afraid for my hair..... Any advise. Good one because non of what it’s out there helped....
How's your daughter after 1 year?
Thank you I have drastic gut issues I’m trying this.
Thanks very much very useful video. Was just wondering if you think the caffeine from coffee or tea can create problems for the digestive tract?
I wouldn't personally worry abt moderate caffeine intake but might want to look into PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty-acids, ie) 'vegetable' oils) restriction.
Dr. Berg says coffee is good for gallbladder health.
Excellant video, probably the best on you tube about bile flow. I do have one question, why not milk kefir? I do all the others but also drink cows milk kefir
Her argument is that because it has chemicals in it, has casein, and is pasteurized. You can avoid most chemicals if you buy organic or biodynamic though, and go for raw if you can find it.

When you mention coffee, do you mean caffeinated, decaffeinated, does it matter?
I’ve been suffering so so bad with itching burning feet and hands so so bad. I’ve heard it could be bile retention from a video or sluggish gallbladder. I have fatty liver too. Should I try bile salts ?

Try and see if any of this helps you
@@user-vg8ez9cu6u excellent advise!

Excellent video! Thank you!
Thank you for making this video. Great information. You have another new subscriber 🤩!
Does this apply to those who do not have their gallbladder?
Thank you. I would appreciate the “why” behind some of the statements. Such as, why no kefir from cow sources?
This blog will answer your question: advancednaturopathic.com/four-problems-with-cows-dairy/
Not incredibly convincing, a lot of chemicals/synthetic hormones in milk can simply be avoided if you consume organic or biodynamic milk. Even pasteurised milk will still ferment well, adding in millions of beneficial bacteria.
Thanks for your very helpful and clearly stated advice
Great video, thank you!
Thanks for thid information
This is all great and dandy for those of you who have gallbladders .I don’t have a gallbladder which doesn’t help me I need something to replace the bile
Bile Salts
I don't have a gallbladder and had been having terrible digestive problems for 6 years. I started taking ox bile about 2 weeks ago and I cannot believe the difference it has made. Sweet relief from the nausea I was also having.
Something very informative 💛❤️💛thank you💖
What about chewing gum after meals?
Does curcumin help? I have a sluggish liver and recovering from adrenal fatigue. Cannot handle most harmful chemical smells as I take it that liver cannot process them
