    මගේ schedule එකේ පලවෙනි දවසේ leg exercises තියෙන්නේ. මුලින් squot, ඊටපස්සේ leg press, leg extension,leg curl ඔය ඔක්කොම ඉවර වෙලා RDL කරන්නද? නැත්තන් squot එක නොකර ඒ වෙනුවට RDL කරන්නද?
