    I am consuming pea protein isolate. It is affordable as compare to whey. Results are also good.

      Don't use just pea protein Pea is not a source of complete protein. As suggested in the video, try buying a plant based protein supplement which is a combination of 2-3 plant protein so that the missing amino acids in one source is compensated by the other source. That way you get all the amino acids

    hello sir , i researched on vegetarian protein foods and i got 1 considerable option.... it is moong beans and it is a full source of protien that is it has all major amino acids in it so can i consider it for my gains if im not willing to buy supplements like whey protien powders

      Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
      Do yoga with a colleague so you have another person to encourage you

    Soy protein hota mast hai sasta bhi hai bas whey protein ki tereh easy nhi hota lena kyonki pani or dud mai mix nhi hota wo od bohot gnda taste aata hai ulti aane lgti hai isliye mai pancake bnake khata hun 1scoop soy protein +2egg +thoda milk + pyaj or tamatar + namak mirch inko mix kro or thode se dry pan pe ghee lgake bnata hun tasty or super healthy but time lg jata hai bnane mai whey mast hai dud yaan pani mai dalo gholo pilo 😂.

      @@ashikulislam1317 Bhai mix karne ka issue ho sakta hai rhe, par baki faide ekdum barabar hain. Better than not taking any protein especially if you’re vegetarian. Plus Har mahine ka kharcha hai protein ka, not just one month, is liye m toh soy protein p a gaya.

    Not only about muscle building, if you look for the more other details, you would find the soy has phytoestrogen chemical structure. Hence it is not recommended to consume much. If taken in huge amounts, it may imbalance the hormones, lead to infertility, thyroid issues and even to breast and prostate cancers.

      Post mai lo yaan pre workout le itna koi ferek nhi pdega kyonki itna fast absorbing nhi hai overall dinka protien intake complete kro best hai wo or haan jaruli nhi hai ki whey se hi bnegi apki body jitni requirement hai body ki utna protien mik rha hai to jarur bnegi or apka trainer acha nhi hai to koi baat nhi bohot sare video hai exercise pe vo dekhlo baki basic kro jese

    Mujhe raw whey isolate protein se acne hua hai. Ye six pack nutrition brand ka whey tha. 1300 ka 1kg ka packet liya tha. Dikhne me acha tha. Mix vagera bhi thik thak tha. Tasted like sugarless vanilla. Everything was normal but when i started working out mene 2 scoops lena shuru kiya as per my protein requirment but then within 2 weeks muje acne agaya.
