I boil it and then simmer it for 10 minutes, and then turn off the gas and leave it to continue cooking in its own heat. I add, 2 drops flavour in one litre to make it tastier. It gives me about 50 grams of protein without me even realising i am consuming it😂 And it has only 400 calories. Also, i have been consuming soy for over 20 years and have never had any health problems or deficiencies or low testosterone etc...and i am mostly vegan, i.e. my milk consumption is also very low. These are all myths spread by meat and supplement industry. I consume about 120 grams of protein each day, out of which 80 grams is from soy. Soy is the best food to induce muscle recovery, as its very high in amino acids needed to induce muscle recovery. Soy is all the supplements your body needs to build steady muscle size and strength. Ofcourse if you are natural.
