    Myth about Soya is created by meat industry of western countries. Soya is the best alternative of meat. So they afraid that they may loose there market.

    As a biochemistry students I wanted to say that
    For the people thinking what is protease inhibitors
    I am here ..... See protease is an enzyme that lyses protein or cuts protein that is digests protein so protease inhibitors inhibits protease enzyme there by decreasing the rate of digestion of proteins
    Same way Trypsin is an enzyme that helps in protein digestion so inhibiting Trypsin means lowering the efficiency of protein digestion

    I am a working professional sir, I don't get much time to meal prep or soak anything beforehand I'll try from now on even if I forget to soak soya chunks but boil it properly and then cook the boiled soya chunks in a gravy or sabzi, is it okay? Soya chunks are exposed to cooking and heat on gas for 20-30 mins, but without pre soaking ?
    Or is it compulsory to pre-soak it to destroy the anti nutrients?

    I make soymilk everyday with 150 grams raw soybean.
    Its the easiest and tastiest way to consume soy protein in large quantities.
    I use it in beverages like shakes and tea. You can even make your protein shake in it. Or add it to kead aata, or make gravy, or just drink it as it is.
    I make 4 glass of soy milk and Each glass of soy milk i make contains about 12-13 grams of protein and its rich in healthy fats. I boil it and then simmer it for 10 minutes, and then turn off the gas and leave it to continue cooking in its own heat.
    I add, 2 drops flavour in one litre to make it tastier.
    It gives me about 50 grams of protein without me even realising i am consuming it😂
    And it has only 400 calories.
    Also, i have been consuming soy for over 20 years and have never had any health problems or deficiencies or low testosterone etc...and i am mostly vegan, i.e. my milk consumption is also very low. These are all myths spread by meat and supplement industry.
    I consume about 120 grams of protein each day, out of which 80 grams is from soy.
    Soy is the best food to induce muscle recovery, as its very high in amino acids needed to induce muscle recovery.
    Soy is all the supplements your body needs to build steady muscle size and strength. Ofcourse if you are natural.

      There can't be 50gms of protein in it. Around 20gms at max. Yes there is about 50gms of protein in 150gms of raw soybeans, but half of will be left in the leftover seperated from the milk after grinding the beans.

    If ham soy (bean/chunks) ko overnight soak n soda ya sari process k through guzarte hai jisse ki maximum aniti nutrients destroy ho jaye,
    To in process se nutrients destroy ya affect nhi honge ye kaise pta chalega
    After all this process hame kese pta chle ki sirf anti nutrients hi affect hue hai nutrients nhi ?

    Sir I boil my Soya Chunks & after boiling it for about 10-15 mins I squash out all its water content inside it by pressing 'em intensely.. Is it good? Will I still get its mentioned protein content(as mentioned in its packaging)?

    Best way to consume Soyabean is according to "Traditional Asian Cuisine" in Japan, China, Taiwan S. Korea, Thailand Cambodia etc. These countries have different ways to consume soyabean in the form of variety of sauces, soya soup, tofu etc.

    Taking Naturaltein whey protein concentrate just because of you and Dr education. But recently Naturaltein had shifted to Indian manufacturing.

    Sir just a simple doubt please clear it
    Most of time i boil soya granules and boiling, i soke them and put in air fryer and after frying them in air fryer soya granules becomes crunchy, so my doubt is there is no protein or any micronutrients loss in frying or making them crunchy?

    What about Soya chunks ?.. im having 50g of Nutrela soya chunks everyday in my diet. I just boil it and drain the water out of it and season it and eat it. Is this okay ? ..also i have a hard time chewing Soya chunks, is there an easier way to consume it ? After boiling and draining, is shredding the soya chunks in a mixer a good option ?     It shows different nutrition for raw , roasted and boiled soy beans. Huge difference in protein , fat and carbs content wnen compared raw , roasted and soaked/boiled.
