I cooked this yesterday. Thanks for this excellent recipe. I experienced one problem with the cooking. When started cooking with pressure for 9 minutes, I got the message that there was no pressure. I open the lid and add a little bit of water to the rice and start with my broiling of the meat. I did the broiling a little bit longer. The result was that my rice was cooked even though it did not cook under pressure.
Listen up Doug...when you offer up your chicken for a sample, you should really let it stay in frame a bit longer! What happens if I'm not right in front of the screen when you do it?? Be nice dude. Still I thank you for your recipe...have a good one.
Hi, this isn’t a criticism just a question…. I would have taken the rice out with the worry that it would overcook whilst you air fried the chicken. It looked good though… not a problem? It’s better if you can keep it in as it’s staying warm. Thanks for the video
