I have been on a "dirty carnivore" existence for 10 months. I go through phases where I can't eat ground beef, too. I have lost 100 pounds which my goal is to lose 117 pounds so I'm almost there.

Good morning from Alberta Canada. I just subscribed to your channel. To the lady…… I totally understand under eating I’m 6 months carnivore The last few days I’ve had hypotension and hypoglycemia because I didn’t eat enough fat and protein. I’m good this morning Over the past 3 days I ate carbs to get me back on track. Now I’m back carnivore. Carnivore has healed my eyes and I’ve lost 20 lbs. I’d like to lose another 10-15. Financially……. Meat up here is ridiculous too. Processed food is so cheap compared to meat
Hope your boy is okay and have a great Sunday !

I love Canada as a country, not Trudeau. The wife under eats constantly to me. She says she eats what she can put down and nothing more. We have added some carbs back and that has helped tremendously. Thanks for the support.

Have you tried cooking pork butt shoulder in the crock pot and using sugar-free BBQ sauce to mix it up ? Family pack of boneless skinless chicken breast in the Crock-Pot for 8 hours with soy sauce sugar-free maple syrup and sugar free G Hughes teriyaki. Then you shred that with a fork and turn it into shredded chicken and keep the juice in it and it stays nice and juicy tons of flavor that pork butt is 99 cents a pound on sale and that chicken is $2.99 a pound then we eat hamburger and eggs we make a lot of different meals for about 200 a week for the whole family

Mix two regular eggs with one cup of egg whites it's a lot cheaper and gives you a high volume of food and it's really high in protein that will save you a lot of money on eggs

Absolutely love me some 73% lean 27% fat ground beef. It's cheap, filling, and the meat is more tender. Save the rendered fat for cooking eggs and steak in

We in my house go through almost 10 pounds of ground every week and all the NY strips my butcher can produce in both grocery stores. We live in a super small town of 2500 with 2 grocery stores and everyone knows I’m the one who eats all the meat. They were shocked when they found out I was downing around 3 pounds of meat a day. I have more fat renderings than I can handle. Thanks for the comment.
