The IsoPure is good, but expensive. I have used it before try Transparent Labs 100% Grass Fed when you run out of the IsoPure. TRT is a life changer. I put my dad who’s 72 on it and he’s moonwalking on roof tops and crawling under houses like he’s in his 30s. Plus, he still gets up when the wind blows. I’ve tuned a lot of my comrades on to TRT and all have sang my praises to the heavens, as their lives and marriages are striving and thriving. Thanks for the loyalty.

I agree, there just aren't enough pork rinds in a bag! I would pretty much kill a bag no problem... I have been doing the coffee, and I have had cheese all along, minus one week of lion diet. I think if you feel good on the food you are eating, eat what you want! I didn't really hear the cicadas around here last year, I did see several, my dog likes to chomp em when she sees them, but they weren't making their noises, it's still way too cold here for bugs though. They'll be here soon though... Thanks for the talk!

I recently found a site called Lead Safe Mama. She says: "I do not ever recommend ANY ceramic-lined crock pot or slow cooker in ANY brand, model, or style. Period." A 2022 Instant Pot she tested was ok. I had to throw out a bunch of expensive ceramic cookware I had; I'm now going with stainless steel because most of it is safe.

Have you tried cooking pork butt shoulder in the crock pot and using sugar-free BBQ sauce to mix it up ? Family pack of boneless skinless chicken breast in the Crock-Pot for 8 hours with soy sauce sugar-free maple syrup and sugar free G Hughes teriyaki. Then you shred that with a fork and turn it into shredded chicken and keep the juice in it and it stays nice and juicy tons of flavor that pork butt is 99 cents a pound on sale and that chicken is $2.99 a pound then we eat hamburger and eggs we make a lot of different meals for about 200 a week for the whole family

PPIs keep you from absorbing certain nutrients. You can literally starve yourself to death, eventually. Also, they cause pneumonia. Fix the problem of the indigestion and get off the PPIs. Did you get checked for a hiatal hernia, because that can cause acid reflux. Modern humans live to eat. Our ancestors ate to live. That is the issue. We want all this variety and they were happy with just meat. Our bodies are just not set up to eat all these different things and that's why we feel ill from years of eating them. I think to do carnivore, a person has to get into a different frame of mind that takes the focus off of food and puts it on all other activities. As far as the cost, there are a few cuts of beef that are cheaper. We have a whole big section at our grocery store of the cheaper cuts. I eat chuck roast a lot. Also, we are probably eating too much. So, you might try eating less or maybe do some fasting. Potential adverse effects of PPI use: Loss of Bone Density and Fracture Risk, Hypomagnesemia, Iron Deficiency, Vitamin B12 Deficiency, Community‐Acquired Pneumonia, Salmonella and Campylobacter Infections, C. difficile Infections, Kidney Disease, Myocardial Infarction, Diabetes, and Dementia. Long-term PPI use: By suppressing gastric acid release, acid suppressants increase gastric pH, which may promote bacterial overgrowth leading to tracheal colonization and pneumonia. Evidence also indicates that PPIs may impair immune cell function, increasing the risk of infectious complications. Avocados are high in MUFAs and PUFAs and low in SFAs, not a great profile. Some believe that MUFAs should be avoided just like PUFAs. We need only a tiny amount of PUFAs and MUFAs are not essential at all. Getting most all your fat from SFAs is best and ruminant meat represents that.

Whenever you change your diet you have to build up enzymes to digest the food. It takes a few weeks at least. In the meantime, you can have stomach issues. Fruit doesn't help. Fruit has a diuretic in it because the plant wants the seeds to go through you quickly so you can distribute the seeds and it can grow more baby plants. Egg whites can be an issue because they have toxins to protect themselves from being eaten. I would just eat all cuts of ruminants and avoid non-ruminant because they are high in PUFAs.
