When I was consistently working out, I noticed I get hungry way faster. I would often feel guilty because I kept on "ruining" my diet. But now I realize it was just my body's natural instinct of giving itself more fuel!
My favorite mantra to motivate myself was "just show up and make it count".

Many individuals push themselves despite their bodies signaling the need to take a break. This can lead to injuries like sprains or heat strokes, particularly for those involved in activities like running and mountain biking.
Agreed!! No pain no gain is overrated. Growth is important, but it doesn't have to be extremee

thank u for this video!! i used to feel guilty because i don’t like lifting weights and i’m so insecure going to the gym. i was affirmed by what you said that the movement that i can keep up with the most is the best exercise. i’ve been doing indoor cycling for a year and tried out a lot of different movements along the way, but cycling is really the most exciting thing for me. i plan to really focus and invest on it this year!

gusto ko early morning mag workout pero i dont know ano uunahin. kain ba muna? like as in full meal? tapos after ? thanks po sa sasagot 🥺
depends on if you have time for a full meal or a small snack! If full meal kasi best to wait 1-2 hours before working out para madigest. If hindi ka naman manghihina kung hindi kumain before workout then can eat immediately after. or light snack 30mins before then full meal after.
