“Everybody’s talking about loving your body. But I’m just at a stage in my life where I’m insecure of my body, and I don’t wanna go out of the house, and I don’t wanna see people, and I get anxiety seeing people.” I felt that. 😭😭😭
Rj I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 15, and ever since then, I got so depressed and kept on stress eating that I gained so much weight in a course of just a few months. I got so ashamed, was borderline anti-social and kept declining whenever I got invitations to join events that I deemed too social, to the point that I also skipped prom. Now 22, I’m still living with PCOS and there were times when I also wondered, “why me?” Sa dinami-raming babae sa buong mundo, bakit ako pa? But I never let those questions and thoughts faze me anymore. Nagstart din akong magdiet and watched videos of many motivational speakers who were kind enough to share their experience with weight gain, whether it was due to pregnancy, PCOS or eating disorders. Now I’m proud to say that I love my body more than ever, but that doesn’t stop me from persistently working hard to improve my health and lifestyle.
I went through this twice in my lifetime as I had a baby twice, too. This insecurity because of your weight, plus postpartum, is the hardest thing to beat.
its really a pressure for her because she is a celebrity and that she needs to look good. i think people around someone who just gave birth should be more sensitive about their feelings. No need to let them know they gained weight or they are fat because its their body and they know it.
this is one of the sides of pregnancy that people do not see. As a man thank you for showing this. It made appreciate the sacrifices and the challenges of being a mother. MUCH RESPECT!!!
You’re honesty is very refreshing. This video reminds people that celebrities are human too; that you experience and feel the same things we do. Thanks for this. Very inspirational. You made me cry 😢 you deserve a hug 🤗 and a high five 🖐
They laughed when I told them I was going to lose fat with just using t.co/Jg1jUT9u9G , but after I showed these people amazing effects after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won't let them know the detail about this diet plan, hahaha?
OMG this is so genuine. Sums up my life from the past 2 years. I felt comfort watching this journey knowing that I'm not alone with the stress and struggles. Though it might be late now, I'm telling you how great, brave and beautiful you are. Your child is lucky to have you as mom.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, sleep deprivation...you name it,this is inspiring...well done to all moms who have struggled with it and came back strong, thanks isabelle
isabelle daza is the most witty person i know...you will really listen to her...every word that comes out of her mouth is sensible..super talino...thank u for sharing this kind of videos!
I gained 10 kilos with my pregnancy and I lost almost 20 after 4 months. Breastfeeding burns me so many calories but I guess it depends on each one metabolism. And my son sleeps with us, which is not for everyone, but he sleeps all night 🙂
I feel like i've been making excuses lately to not go to the gym! Such an inspiring story! Indulging alot of sweets and carbs that contributes to my weight! Thanks for uploading this as a reminder! Just went to the gym and will for sure go again tomorrow! No excuses!
When you are overwhelmed because you have so many things to do but you do not know where to start. This is so me right now. Thank you, Isabelle! This is inspiring
@6:06 i don’t think it’s mababaw at all to cry about weight gain. When I had surgery and couldn’t work out for over 6weeks, i felt so ugly & hated seeing myself in the mirror. I totally understand ur feelings when u said u felt insecure and overwhelmed of everything and I’m pretty sure all women experience the same thing.. so thank you for sharing your journey and also for being transparent with us. Such an inspiration ❤️
I'm 8 weeks post partum and cried yesterday feeling so exhausted and frustrated 😞 I totally understand your stuggles and it's amazing how much you've acheived already.
Your video is such an inspiration not just for mothers but also for all the single women who are experiencing difficulties in attaining their goals in loosing weigh. God bless you and your family!
Finally! Got the chance to watch the full video..i actually recommend it to my friend who is experiencing postpartum depression..because I know it may somehow help her get inspired and be motivated same with me before when i was challenge with anxiety and depression..it really helps me bigtime and many people including my friends and family reach out to me, encourage me to talk about it because they know i need support system and they became aware of it because of your talk about mental awareness..Thank you so much Belle continue inspiring everyone..😘
its not about money or free time. Its all about motivation people. Even if you got money and free time but if you don't have the motivation nothing will ever change. You are an inspiration Isabelle!!
Just saw this. Around 6minute mark and you’re talking about feeling guilty about your feelings. I’m so with you momma! I felt the same way. I’ve had two C-sections and the recovery and getting back into shape while keeping another little human alive and happy - it can be so overwhelming. Plus the hormonal storm you have to endure. Thanks for sharing this.
I’m so depressed right now caused felt the same way drowning from everything that’s happening in my life but watching this video make me realize that there’s no one can help me but myself. Ms. Belle inspired me if you want something you have to work hard for it though the journey may not be easy but it’s worth it.
I’ve been yoyo dieting since 2010 and I’m at my heaviest weight at 187lbs. It was so hard to lose weight especially I’m working as a doctor who goes on duty 36 hrs every 3 days. But after watching this, i realized it was just an excuse for me not to take care of my body. Feels like a hypocrite to my patients when I myself wasn’t even trying to change my lifestyle. Thank you Ms. Belle for sharing this vulnerable side of yours and showing us that we need to work really hard and prioritize ourselves. I’m a work in progress, nothing comes easy but I will work hard on it and be at my best. 😊
I don't think you should be too hard on yourself. Unless you have a personal trainer plus a cook/nutritionist who can prepare and apportion your meals, and you work out for about 2 hours everyday for at least 6 days a week with no patient having an emergency. Then yes, you have no excuse, haha.
Thank you, Isabelle for being honest to yourself. You are a good Mom and I hope you'll have all the courage you need to continue healing and feeling better.
So many people complaining that, yes, Belle has achieved everything because she's had the time and money, yada yada yada. Everyone who has seen this video will see it was also not a walk in the park for her. She's worked with the resources she has at hand. And that's what we should do too. Anyone can lose weight, even with a normal person's schedule and salary. Budget and time are always the excuse, but if you're really determined, these are not hindrances. Why not get up extra early to exercise? Or run in place, do jumpingjacks or squats while watching tv? Walk than drive to a short location? Climb the stairs than use escalators at the mall? Use water bottles than buy dumbells? Why not count calories using a free app, no need to hire a dietician or hire a chef or have expensive calorie counted food delivered? Why not just start with just eating half what you usually eat? There are lots of solutions, you just need the correct mindset. I'm not an influencer or a rich kid but I managed to get from 160lbs to 115lbs just by following youtube video workouts, intermittent fasting and calorie counting with the help of an app. I didn't spend much, just for new clothes now that my old ones don't fit me anymore. And yes, it called for sacrifices. Madaming araw iiyak ako because I'm not losing this week or pagod na to slip in a workout. Pero kasi gusto kong pumayat, I did it. Slowly, but surely. It took me a year or so because I didn't do crash diets. Anything worth it needs time. It's not impossible. The very core of losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise and in between that, how you really, really want it.
Nobody's against her losing all those extra pounds she gained during pregnancy, she went through a lot to do so, but what worked for her may not work for everyone. I salute her for losing a lot of pounds after giving birth, she inspire me and I\m sure she inspires a lot of women too, she makes me wanna do more to lose weight, but as a working mother, I don't have the liberty to work out. I needed all the energy food can give me to have my job done, I needed all the sleep I can get to have energy the next day but then I needed all the time I can have to have all my house chores done as well. But this doesn't mean I'm losing hope, I still eat less and be more active during the day as much as my job, time and my energy allows me to.
@@sheilajoyforones5493 that's the spirit! We all have our struggles to reach goals. It's just a matter of overcoming it through discipline and hard work.
I have always loved your authenticity and laud your courage to share what most women really go through. It’s been 5 years since I’ve had my first baby and I am struck by the striking similarities of what we both went through - the unplanned c-section, the pressure and struggle to get my body back, the post-partum depression of losing a former version of yourself that you loved so much followed by the guilt of having such selfish thoughts. All the best and know that you are a strong and beautiful person that many of us look up to. Cheers and hope you’re managing well in these strange times.
So inspiring! Thank you for this Belle. I'm being too hard on myself with my fitness journey and you reminded me that i just need to be patient and it's all worth it in the end 😊
Thank you so much for this video. How generous of you to share your journey. During my 2nd pregnancy, joining a fitness bootcamp really helped me get back in shape and feel empowered. Post partum depression is really about exhaustion. Most of it we feel out of pressure coming from trying to prove ourselves to others. I have experienced it too. It is neither petty nor shallow.
Wow! Thank you for inspiring me. ❤️ I’ve been on this cycle wherein I lose-gain weight because I lack consistency. Watching your vlog taught me the things that I really need to change my lifestyle. Thank you so much.
this video is sooo honest. you've revealed so many things. i don't even experience anything that you did, but to see all your struggles and how you overcome it, is so inspiring to watch. thank you for this video, isabelle. :)
The most truthful celebrity vlogger!! Thank you, Belle!! You’re my fitspiration talaga!!!! Love ya!!!!! 😘😘😘😘😘 Thanks for sharing your weight lost journey with us!!! You’re the BEST!!
I am really thankful that you uploaded your journey in losing weight after you gave birth, because after I gave birth and my son is now a year and a half old, weight is still my problem. I have a big mommy tummy, my thighs and arms are big and I am stressed with so many things. When our relatives, my friends and neighbors sees me they're telling me that I'm fat. I really gained too much that until now I'm not comfortable going outside and having visitors. I don't like seeing myself in the mirror. I don't know where to start and what to start. But seeing your video helps me to be positive and be healthy. I'll use this as a reference on my journey to be a healthy and better mom. Thank you Ms. Isabelle Daza 🤗
This video is refreshingly honest and vulnerable but also suprisingly motivating and inspiring. Thank you for showing me that it is very doable. I've been struggling with my weight gain and responsibilities of being a new mom too. This is really helpful :)
Thank you for documenting this and sharing the ‘other side’ of being a new mum; it was so relatable and REAL. It wouldn’t have been easy showing the world all your vulnerable moments... you have surely gained my admiration and respect. Thank you ❤️
This was very motivating to start my health journey. My weight has held me down in confidence, pursuing job opportunities, and being social as you too have mentioned. I’ve attempted to lose weight countless times. I know there are going to be bad days, and feel hopeless through struggle. I’m thankful that I have a supportive husband and he’s never put me down through the years that I’ve gain the weight. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you Belle! It's really important to show people the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of weight loss or fitness to help them understand that it actually is more than just going to the gym. Mindset, goal-setting, and time management are factors that are not usually discussed in similar videos. Good luck and keep it up!
Thank you for sharing Belle. I am currently 3 months PP, not recognizing your body anymore is starting to sink in. I'm not obsessed with weight myself. It's more of feeling healthy, having more energy, and being confident in your own skin. I need to be more determined to begin shedding preggo pounds. 💪💪💪😣 i can do this!
I am trying to loose weight myself and this video was wat i truly needed to get motivated. The authenticity of this video is very heart touching especially to those who are going thru the same thing.
probably the best weightloss vid i ever watched and Ive watched tons. When you were crying and talking about how you were supposed to love your body but you feel insecure, i remembered myself crying over that so many times. Im not even post partum. ive never given birth. but im 98kgs and i just cant seem to shed the weight. you are very inspiring. i will work hard to get there too.
Got teary-eyed when you were talking about your pregnancy weight gain, been there too. You see, after a woman has given birth, there's a loooot of emotions that you will feel and can't handle them because you're overwhelmed with the changes in you and the coming of the baby. It's a phase that a lot of women has to ho through at some point in their lives.
Hi Isabella, how are you and Happy New year. I always worried about having children bc of what you had to go through. First of all l want to say l admire your amazing determination. I'm 41 and been married for 7 years and 10 since a met my husband who turns 45. I don't have any children but after watching your video you convinced me not to have any. I understand your anxiety. Watching your video was so depressing. I don't know how women do it. I'm a teacher and a dog parent of three Chihuahuas l think l will be satisfied with that. Plus l weigh 170 pds bc l suffer hypotheroidism and have a very low metabolism. Last time l lost 15 pounds was three years ago on a super food diet and high antioxidant foods after three months without exercise bc l have a Harrington rod in my right leg. Really thank you for this video. You are a life saver and an angel. It's just not worth jeopardizing my health and years of energy.
Thank you for sharing the experience. It’s been 6 years and I just started trying to lose weight because my excuse for being fat is my pregnancy or me giving birth. I’ve had a lot of excuses but being upset of people commenting on my weight which I know is not right. I feel bad when people judge me but I just realized that its all on me. Even though its suuper late I have lots of hope and while im watching you give me so much inspiration. This video helps a lot.
Yes me too just had baby last month and i gained 45lbs I am just so gross lookin right now I am so insecure and after seeing this video na its ok na pala to exercise after month of havin a c-section..this video is very inspiring.
The transparency of your emotions in this video is so raw. I can imagine it must have been hard for you to lay it out in the open. I admire you for your honesty. I hope you get into a strong state of mind at the same time strong physique, for your baby, and for yourself!
Too much thoughts. Post partum. You will laugh at it after finding out babies grow fast. They won’t stay babies forever. Embrace motherhood. Those thick/thin girls you know will have their own babies soon and you’ll be sharing your own experiences to them and you there back to healthy and fit moma. Celebrate each season of your life. I just subd on your channel. ❤️
I've been trying to lose weight since last year. There are days it gets really bad, and then I remind myself that I'm miserable when I'm overweight. I've also made peace with this. Keep up the good work! I hope to be able to say that I've done it very soon. I'm so sick of being fat.
THIS IS THE REALEST "POST-PARTUM EXERCISE AFTER CS" VLOG! I am 9mos post-partum and i have been so concious of my weight and how my tummy looks. I wasn't doing anything about if coz my family thinks I shouldn't work myself out too much. they say I needed to heal. I should've seen this sooner. I really admire you now as a mom and as a person. I aspire to be as disciplined and as strong as you are. You are strong, mama! 💓
Aw, Belle!!! You’re beautiful! Thank you for sharing your journey with us!!! Doesn’t life feel so much lighter when we train ourselves to find beauty in chaos? Ha! Cheers!
I love how honest you are about everything. I feel like most women feel some sort of shame sharing their postpartum journey. And social media makes it even harder since you see all of these influencers pregnant on one photo and then no belly the very next day. For some messed up reason, we are expected to just "snap back" to our original look after giving birth, which is ridiculous, especially considering that it takes almost a year for our bodies to change and bring a baby into this world. I personally believe that there is nothing impossible and with enough work, anyone can get back into shape if they put enough effort as you did. Thank you for sharing your journey. It is refreshing to see someone being so open and honest about their feelings and state of mind. I think the majority of new moms go through a time when we feel sad and discouraged and disappointed, but believing in ourselves, staying patient, and being kind to ourselves is really what makes the difference.
Eating healthy foods to nourish my body and not to punish me. -Grabe, #thefeels! Oo nga naman! This is definitely the most inspiring vid on how to take care and show love to your body I’ve ever seen. Sending this to my relatives and friends to be inspired too! Thank you, Belle! ❤️
I am a new mom and like you, got CS. Believe me I was crying while watching your vlog. The first few months can be pretty depressing but you can get through it just like I did. Good luck!
Very inspirational. I already have a 3-year old daughter and I keep on gaining weight because I'm a full time mom now. You just inspired me to always find time to exercise to aim the right weight. Knowing that you're a celebrity and always so busy. You still did it! You're just too fantastic. I must say, struggle is REALLY REAL! ☺️
I don’t know why I went here, I was just watching random videos. But I’m thinking maybe this was meant to wake me up because I need to be conscious now of my body. Physical appearance really marks in the eyes of everyone. Kudos to you, you are an inspiration! Your persistence and determination were just so incredible. Can’t wait to Start. ♥️
Love the sharing, we all go through the mindset of being stuck or helpless. I love that you were very honest especially what's deep and shallow for you. In the end you accepted your situation as is and worked on it.
I'm not even delivering my baby but throughout this journey, its been exciting and yet somehow I feel depressed when it comes to changes in my body. Thank you for such inspiring video. Cant wait to see my baby boy and challenge myself as I take on my journey to motherhood, fitness and happiness. God bless
Wow very inspiring, I'm 2 mos postpartum now but in the States, so no househelp, yes it is really very overwhelming, i even went back and forth to the hospital for PPD but I'm glad I've surpassed it. I'm happy to see a celebrity being so honest with her journey on getting back to her old self. Working on losing weight now and this video serves as an inspiration. Thank you! ---From Vegas with ❤
I am inspired by your fitness journey. I feel you when you said that you do not want to go out and meet people because they are stick thin and you’re not. So lifestyle modification is really important and I am pushing to that level because of your video
alright! I'm not a mom yet, but actually helps me to motivate myself. I've been making excuses for the last 2months since I work at home. People will always say something about you but lets do this for our own will and not because other people saying bad things about our looks or weight.
its true that social media people can influence positivity, but sometimes social media influencers can make people feel insecure too, coz not all can be slim coz everyone has a different body type, not all can eat a proper diet, coz sometimes what is serve in the table is just enough for the familys budget..not all can travel.. and weight thing can lead to depression, coz what they see on tv or social media, people think they have to copy it or else they will feel ugly.. hope influencers can teach people on how to be contented with their bodies and just have realistic goals for their weight.
My hands are up!hahaha, first step to losing those weight? Start by not having a full time job, so you can do all the exercises needed to shed off those extra pounds.
Whatever other people do, if you are really insecure, it will always affect you. This video is what worked for her. It might not be for you, but it might help others. This is not made to single you out or make you insecure.
Belle did all that exercises and eating right in order to be contented with her body. Why would she be contented to stay as she is post-partum when clearly she is miserable? I think the message should be: keep improving yourself until you achieve contentment. Staying as you are, in an unhealthy or unhappy state is not contentment in my opinion, it's laziness. If you're happy in your body as is, then more power to you. Just don't expect anyone else to be contented with theirs because that is their own body and they have their own ideals for contentment. Iba-iba kasi tayo, so live and let live. Good on Belle for working on what she thinks is the best body for her.
@@edhelespyn being contented is not being lazy it means being happy with who u are, how u look and no matter what numbers are on the scale, coz thats not what matters most in life.
You are inspiring to us new moms Belle! I have a 5 month old and related to everything pertaining to baby, breastfeeding and my weight. I’m now at a good place, 4 kilos left and I’ll be on my pre-pregnancy weight. I worked out 3 times a day during my pregnancy but as my belly grew, I continued to feel out of control. I agreed with you and teared up with you. While I didn’t have a CS scar, it’s my stretch marks. You’re doing amazing. Love from Melbourne
Naiyak ako kasi I share the same insecurities. I hate how I look in the mirror, and I can only blame my choices for it. I'm glad to have come across your video; I feel so much better starting over. You're right, consistency is key. Food is nourishment, not punishment and there are so many options out there. It's very refreshing to see this very human side of a celebrity like you. It makes me feel not alone.
I wish that I watched video before my first pregnancy and to get really motivated to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I am inspired to lose weight by your advice though I am in my late 50’s, you made me realize to prioritize my health. I would definitely share this video to my daughter and every woman - to love their bodies🌸🌼🌸 Take care Isabelle💐🌷💐
I’ve watched so many of the postpartum weight loss videos and this is by far the the best!! I relate completely to your journey as I gained almost exactly the same amount and wasn’t used to seeing myself so heavy. I’ve never weighed this much in my life. Thank you so much for sharing!
We both achieved our goals today. You wanted to inspire and im so inspired with your journey. Thank you so much for sharing your story. Its not just about weight loss but its a story all mothers can relate to. Balancing your love for yourself and your love for your child. And being overwhelmed by the changes in our lives as mothers. Will wait for your other videos😘
im not a mom but i am very inspired to have a healthier lifestyle and it gave me encouragement to lose weight also i've missed belle's videos welcome back!
I used to think that she's just maarte or too opinionated but you totally changed my perception. That was so inspiring coming from a mom too be (just knew I'm on my 6 wks of preg.) ❤️ hopefully i could be you once I'm done with this pregnancy. 👏❤️👍

Are you a working mom too?
Mindset and determination are the key... eyes on the price

2:15 ❤️ must be the best feeling being a mom and all
This video is refreshingly honest and vulnerable but also suprisingly motivating and inspiring.
I love how real this was! Thank you for sharing 💖 you look amazing before and after ✨
Thank you Belle! It's really important to show people the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of weight loss or fitness to help them understand that it actually is more than just going to the gym. Mindset, goal-setting, and time management are factors that are not usually discussed in similar videos. Good luck and keep it up!
wow! you were so hard on yourself. I admire your honesty though.
I have no child yet, but Im struggling with my weight right now. Watching your video really got me inspired 💖
thank you for being so vulnerable and openly sharing with us your personal journey!
I feel you. Your honesty ❤ love you isabelle
Aww. I'm so happy to have watched this video. Truly inspirng!
You're an inspiration Belle. Keep it up
Thank you for sharing the experience. This video helps a lot.
i need this.. :) an ispiration i need to loose 40lbs... im teary eyed.. i wanted badly to loose the weight i gain for my second baby... thank you..
Shari Lapiz try low carbs. Lots of people lost weight doing low carbs diet.
@@vsmph80 thank you.. yes i started last november .. calorie counting and low carbs.. i lost 6lbs in 2 weeks.. :-)
@Maria Clara Ill do that.. Thank you so much.. :)
This is so inspiring... Thanks for sharing. I love how you got into meditation, never gave up, and shared about having a sustainable lifestyle.
Good luck!
I was very delighted to see Anne doing heavy exercise with her! It's really good to have good friends when your at this stage of motherhood.
This is an influencer. Right here. Congratulation Isabelle! Thank you for this!
6:30 i cried with u, seriously...
Your honesty is the reason why I'm such a fan! ❤
Love you belle as always!!! Keep inspiring us ❤️
Very inspirational. ☺️
I love how real this is. Such an inspiration Belle!
💕💕
Ang dami kong natutunan. Napakatalino ng babaeng to. She deserves a million subscribers. Very inspiring. More videos please
"It's about consistency, hardwork and determination." 😭
Okay, let's do this 💪
I don’t know why I went here, I was just watching random videos. But I’m thinking maybe this was meant to wake me up because I need to be conscious now of my body. Physical appearance really marks in the eyes of everyone. Kudos to you, you are an inspiration! Your persistence and determination were just so incredible. Can’t wait to Start. ♥️
People are gonna watch this and say I'm obsessed with weight, which I'm slightly am. Inunahan na hahaha!!!
Love the sharing, we all go through the mindset of being stuck or helpless. I love that you were very honest especially what's deep and shallow for you. In the end you accepted your situation as is and worked on it.
I feel you 😭 after a gave birth to my baby boy by cs also naging insecure na ako as in the same feelings na napi-feel mo 😭
God bless
This is why im now reluctant of the idea of having children which used to be my dream. So many sacrifices.

You look really great Belle and this video is really inspiring. Keep it up.
@@kris6589 you nailed it
i am proud of you for sticking in your journey!! props to the honesty.
I can hear the gigil when she said "and of course there were chocolate croissant" 😂
She is still so beautiful, thin or post pregnancy stage. Even when crying!
Your journey is such an inspiration! Thanks for sharing it Ms. Belle! ❤️
This is sooo inspiring! I love you Belle ❤️
I wish that I watched video before my first pregnancy and to get really motivated to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.

I’ve watched so many of the postpartum weight loss videos and this is by far the the best!! I relate completely to your journey as I gained almost exactly the same amount and wasn’t used to seeing myself so heavy. I’ve never weighed this much in my life. Thank you so much for sharing!
You’re an inspiration! Thank you for sharing. 💕
We both achieved our goals today. You wanted to inspire and im so inspired with your journey. Thank you so much for sharing your story.
