I remember the first time I asked my boyfriend how he manages to fall asleep so quick, and he answered "I just don't think about anything". I was FLABBERGASTED. I literally can't imagine how it works and I've asked him so many times to just explain it🤣
Linde the notification for this video came up JUST as I was looking for something exactly like this! Thank you for providing some tips for managing the brain chaos!

It would be interesting to see a video about your ADHD experience! I've also been diagnosed with the Inattentive type this year! Also if you've heard about the How to ADHD UA-cam channel (and book!) I think you'd like it! 😊
You are inspiration lindie ❤... really need this video 💗🧿 grateful to god that a awesome person like you exists and helps to calm the chaos that always goes in our brain .. thankyou so much lindie ,stay blessed 🌻 and healthy ❤️
Ah your thesis system is inspiring me to stay on track while writing a novel. I probably will require much less than five hours for myself a day but the goal being putting time in will motivate me to actually do it! Word count goals are good but I end up procrastinating them.
I loved this video. There are so many things that I would never have thought to use/never heard of. I'm going to definitely be trying these out! I especially like the desktop hour calendar tracker and that xtiles... I might try it out. Thanks!
The only thing Notion is good for in my experience is to make a very aesthetic customized database about what books I'm reading, as a private alternative to Goodreads. Aesthetics and fidgeting with it is the purpose and the fun of it.
There's a lot of content about ADHD nowadays because it's finally destigmatized and people suffering from it finally can have alternatives. If you don't have it then stop trying to take the tools away from people who do just because it's 'mainstream'. If you don't benefit or identify with content you see just ignore it. Live and let live, don't be so insufferable. Thank you for recommending xTiles! I spent a good 2 hours using it and it's life changing!
Is focus mate free? I tried think divergent just yesterday and it's useful BUT it's impossible to book a partner... I think literally no-one in the world uses it 😭

My bullet journal is still a huge piece of my organization system! A paper planner can definitely be very useful for ADHD.
Yes! And I like the variety that you can bring in with your own touches.

3 sessions a week are free, then if you want more you can pay :)
Lindie, daar's iets fout met jou mic of audio processing ;)
Ek het nie geld vir n mic nie 😂
What meds are you taking for ADHD? Concerta seems so... primitive. But it seems like the only option in SA
I'm on a non-stimulant one, so not Concerta. I'm on Inir. It took like 3 months to kick in but it works so well
we're Gen Z of course we have ADHD 🫠
and this video helps!
