For men the body is different..I use to try the same with several teachers...but never got this..there is more than these nstruction...one has to keep on learning..and practicing..all credits to Guruji...

One question... Is distance between prasarita padottanasan and other standing pose is same... And if no.. Y?
When it comes to knee bending postures you have to increase the distance as the knee should not come ahead of the ankles so in asanas like trikonasana parivrita trikonasana prasaritta you can have slightly have less distance compared to virbhadrasana 1and 2 parsvakonasana and parivrta parsvakonasana
Basically it’s all about the knee that should not be ahead of the ankle
She knows more anatomy than an mbbs graduate...
