BUT, THOSE WHO CANNOT BEND EVEN HALF OF WHAT YOU ARE BEINDING, YOU SHUD GIVE SOME SIMPLE STEPS TO EASE OUT THE TIGHTNESS OF THE MUSCLES AND THE HIP BONE TO ACHIEVE THIS PERFECTIN. BY PRACTICING THESE SIMPLE STEPS SAY 10 15 DAYS, ONE CAN ACHIEVE THE FINAL POSE. I AM STRUGGLING TO ACHIVE THIS POSE FOR THE LAST 1 AND HALF MONTHS, I AM NOT ABLE TO ACHIVE THIS POSE AT LEAST 50 PERCNT. PLEASE HELP ME. I LOVE TO BEND MY HIP BONE LKE YOU. BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS. PLEASE GIVE ME SIMPLE STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN
