Miguel is a great trainer, clear to understand, clearly demonstrates movements without rushing.

Just finished your trx workout, I’m just out of breath and dripping. It was great and it feels great. The only negative thing is, it is really quick between the sets, had problems switching and gearing up, maybe 30 sec breaks would help me keep up.

I love the total body routines that are 30 minutes or less..,this was perfect.
This was awesome! I love the interval training. And also the warm up and cool down stretches. Those Burpee jacks killed me at the end. I’m a physical therapist and this is very useful for my clients. Can’t wait for the next one!

Thanks so much for this fantastic workout! We just set up a TRX door hinge anchor in our new home and this is the first time I’ve tried it. My son is quarantined and doing school on zoom, so I replaced today’s swim with some TRX. I appreciated the closing words about sweating out stress. I needed that reminder right now!

Bravo! This was a great start for me after a long break. I will do the routine two or three times a week. A personal note is that I will not exceed 30 minutes and I would avoid injuries or fatigue at the beginning, so when I learn the exercises well, almost without seeing the instructor Miguel, I will be able to put a little more intensity on the weight and the time will be extended for a short rest and hydration! Enjoy this video a lot!🎉

Super challenging strength/core with lower body focus, but still some upper body. Drank water in the 3rd super set vs doing burpees!

Enjoyed this workout. Perfect length, made me sweat, and easy to follow! And easy to do in my cramped bedroom using the straps over the closet door! I liked that you said where to put the straps but I will say that using the door I have to keep them at the top for many of the exercises. Just an FYI. Look forward to trying more!

Really liked this training and trainer. I do a lot of heavy lifting and am trying to do more mobility and functional training while burning some stubborn last couple lbs this kicked my ass. I'll be back thank you and I did need this!!!
