I got an email saying "MR SLIN loves your comment on Comp Medic Guide #1 - Learn, Optimize, and Perfect the Rollout | MR SLIN". Maybe that will make him actually use proper thumbnails since he obviously saw my comment.
Outstanding. You've done some Medic guides before, but this tops them for density and depth. Straight to the top of the class-specific section of my TF2 Competitive Guides playlist!
Thanks for the advice and video . Even though I don't play competitive I do play medic when ever my team needs one in casual. Favourite loadout (for me) Cross Bow, Stock Medigun/Kritzkrieg/Quick fix, Ubersaw
Oh cool, now rollout medic nice, though I hardly have enough experience to call medic a main of mine. Usually I play demoman and play medic as a secondary in case I need to in match making where there is another demoman or flat out we have no medic.
i have a question i want to start playing competitive i have a good mic keyboard mouse and computer i main medic and this video helped me a lot but i wanna know more about what everyone says like upper shutter what is all those words what are there meaning? can you make a video that can explain me that? and you can say in the video if you gonna make one how i can bind some key in my keyboard to "---UBER-USED--- "or "---50%-UBER---" and "---I-DROPPED---" well that's gonna be useful sorry for the long comment lmao.
If you're worried about having to learn a million callouts, dw, its not that bad honestly. There are quite a few reused words across maps like "lower" or "choke" which you'll get used to the more you play. If you want to learn the map specific calls, this post could help. www.teamfortress.tv/1234/labeled-maps-for-players-new-to-competitive-tf2
Hey Slin, awesome guide! May I translate it to russian and upload on my channel to let ru guys understand these tips ? I will post your video at the end and link in description.
Can you do one on positioning/when to push? Because I keep on not following someone, and then being called a baiter, which I agree with, but at the momment of it happening, I get confused. Give moi positin guide pl0x
MR SLIN Pretty much that, positioning, and knowing when to leave. And knowing when to uber would be good, because I cannot find a video on that at all.
I see. You know, I watched the Grand Finals the other day and those guys did their best to hype it up. That said, adding just one additional player per team actually makes the game a lot more hectic to watch. Also, pick and bans take up a significant portion of the cast/show.
On the Prolander commentary style, discussing the team and its likely strategies for the day pregame is a big part of traditional sports broadcasting too. It works because die hard fans always want to know the full details, but as with UA-cam, regular viewers can skip past it as actual match time is known too. They usually start airing about half an hour before the game, or longer for bigger matches.
this may sound like I'm salty but it's probably bc you're used to 6s. I don't think it's that hectic and can track it just fine. maybe it's because I watch hl as well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I don't get why you're putting so much emphasis on getting the demo for as long as possible when (on most maps anyway) he grabs the pack on mid hell have full hp anyway
The more HP he has, the less likely he will die to the enemy demo or a scout before getting the pack. He may also be denied the pack on maps such as process.
He doesn't always grab the pack, sometimes he skips the pack or is denied the pack. An example would be the fast rollout on gully or the balcony rollout on Badlands. Every little point of health counts. The only time where I don't max my demo is if we are doing a special fast roamer rollout. Then I'll max my roamer.
By far the best presentation of rollout heal order i've ever seen
legend says that one day, he will release part two.
only 3000 years to go
i think he did
one day..
one day...
One day... maybe one day...
First video from MR SLIN since December 31, 2016 that has a proper thumbnail and not just a screenshot.

HazmatPyro you’re a legend
I would say "proper" thumbnails are overrated, but for a channel like MR SLIN's it probably makes sense.

Slin the warowl of tf2 :) (without the beard)
Thanks for the advice and video . Even though I don't play competitive I do play medic when ever my team needs one in casual. Favourite loadout (for me) Cross Bow, Stock Medigun/Kritzkrieg/Quick fix, Ubersaw

go to console, and say "bind [key] "say_team [stuff]""
so you'll just type bind p "say_team 50% UBER"

I will post your video at the end and link in description.
Or maybe there is another way to show this guide to more people who are interested ?
Add Russian subtitles.
Oh, yea, you are right. Just saw some good tf2 guides with no subtitels adding allowed ._.
RAMA :D thanks for submitting!
MR SLIN if my Russian community will approve my work, I would like to translate more videos on your channel, and maybe other ones
I would be gladly if you make part 2
Episode 2 please
Cool learnt alot
very helpful to teach my med how to heal on rollout

Give moi positin guide pl0x
bestiebest can you be specific about the issue? Playing with your team is super important but yeah knowing when to leave is the tricky part.
MR SLIN Pretty much that, positioning, and knowing when to leave. And knowing when to uber would be good, because I cannot find a video on that at all.
Ty, by the way!
bestiebest for sure! All good ideas for future episodes :)
Very useful
Why do you jump when healing demo? Thanks
*что-то про Барбору Гриллс*
Спасибо за перевод :D

I get into arguments with everybody in this shitty community. I'll play this season and if it sucks stop
