Ingredients for Chia seed Pancakes:
2 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp Ground/Powdered Flax seeds (optional)
1 to 2 eggs (or 2 tbsp flour or 2 tbsp ground flax seeds dissolved in 1/3 cup of water + ¼ tsp baking powder)
1 ripe banana (or 3 tbsp of honey/ pasted dates/maple syrup/sugar dissolved in ½ cup water)
1 pinch salt, 2-3 drops vanilla extract and ½ tsp cinnamon powder (optional ingredients)
Cooking oil or butter or ghee
Toppings: microwaved frozen berries/ fresh fruits/ maple syrup etc. - Навчання та стиль

How to make chia and cook brown rice pancakes
I made something very similar today but also added a tablespoon of rolled oats, which really improved the texture.
