I would just like to add that to me your "warm-up" videos double as "taking a break from sitting at my desk for extended periods of time" videos! Really anyone can do it, you don't need to be fit at all, but it really gets your blood flowing and it releases the tension! Keep doing the great work. You were already helping a lot of people stay fit, now you're be helping us stay sane too!

Hi.Can you please make a playlist or suggest some workout videos or make workout videos that targets the whole body and includes a standing warm up and cool down that is totally bodyweight meaning no equipment is used at all for teenage males or teenagers overall who want to lose the excess body fat they carry and become fit?If it'll be a walking,jogging or running workout can you please include complete rest intervals in between or even if it is a cardio,strength or any other sort of workout that it can please be low impact and can all the exercises be standing and can the workouts be done in small space?And can the workout not be yoga inspired?By that I mean a workout with normal breathing.

Hey guys! When I was doing the squats in this work out I noticed I was getting a small sharp pain in the back of my knee towards the outside. Could it be from improper form? Either way I love these warm ups, so thank you!
Not tryign to"butt" in on question you asked them. I have been working out for many years (teaching pilates). I have heard in many ways it is kinda a "myth" that the knees shouldn't extend past toes. Maybe so? But when you are experiencing knee pain during squats, I do know you are using your knees too much during the motion. Maybe do a box squat to ensure proper form. Google it. Also, if you have had previous injury or something, that can certainly be a reason. Anyway, not trying to be a "know-it-all". Just thought maybe I could chime in. Keep on,

any shape water bottle will do the trick as long as they don't interfere with your ability to hold onto them while doing the moves.
Toe touching may not be good for a bad back. I'm not supposed to do this but do lying hamstring stretch
