I LOVE how HaS show moves for beginners and intermediate/advanced moves. I also really appreciate the approx calories burned listed at the top. It really helps to get motivated!!

These are still some of the best ab routines out there! I love that you aren't focused on reps and that you have beginner and intermediate/advanced. definitely got my heart racing and my abs burning, but once you finally say it's done and over I know it's all worth it!

Yep, 3 exercises in a row with knee extension and hip flexion - I couldn't feel my abs over the burn in my quads...
